An eighth grade teacher gave me my first BSC book but I can't remember if it's Mallory and the Mystery Diary or California Girls.

From Scholastic book club, I got a pack of 3 books : Keep Out Claudia, Logan's Story and Mary Anne and the Secret in the Attic. Though I liked BSC, it took awhile for the series to grow on me, and the BSC tapes my mom bought me of the series helped with it. I was a Karen fan and was slowly moving onto BSC. My BSC interest really peaked from early 1993 to 1995

My older sister give me, my first BSC book #21 Mallory & the trouble with twins. (When, I was lay up from the hospital for two weeks. I was bed ridden like month or so. At home.) I was getting bored. So, she lend me BSC book. That's when, I start love reading books.

My parents let me chose some books for a trip when I was young and I chose two BSC books.

Technically, it was my primary school library. I was in the 3rd or 4th grade and in the library looking over the shelves, and the 'apple paperback' symbol caught my eye. Back then I was a sucker for apple paperbacks (and still am). The book was 'Claudia and the Phantom Phone Calls'.
After reading it I was hooked on the series. The next time the Lucky bookclub catalogue was passed out in class I ordered a BSC book. So 'Mary Anne Saves the Day' was the first BSC book I owned.
edit - I haven't been here for about a year and was just reading over the board rules - what is forum flooding / post flooding?
