^ Hahahaha! That's awesome. ;D
For some reason, "Abby the Bad Sport" and "Abby in Wonderland" really bother me. They just seem to have no creativity or thought put into them at all.

^ a lot of them were like that, IMO. Claudia and the New Girl is the first one that comes to mind.

My least favourite title is FF#10, Stacey's Problem, because it is so vague. Any Stacey book could be called Stacey's Problem. People clearly put no thought into that title whatsoever.

I was upset at Claudia and the Little Liar and the tag line "Will Haley's lies bring down the BSC?" was SO misleading. I was hoping for something much juicier! I was always waiting for the book where something went horribly, horribly wrong. And the closest I got was when Stacey quit/got fired from the club. But then she came back....sigh.
Lol.

^ I always thought what happened in Little Liar was pretty bad. Not as bad as it could have been but Haley did create some serious problems. I'm actually glad nothing horrible ever went wrong for them. ;D As for misleading titles, MA Breaks the Rules always was the one that bothered me because she didn't really break the rule but just didn't speak up, which made Mrs. Kuhn think she had.

Yeah, ITA... but I guess it's a more compelling title than MA and the Misunderstanding.

^ haha, that's a good one! But then, I guess the book wouldn't exist because there'd be no plot! If I was Mrs Kuhn, though, I'm not sure I'd necessarily buy MA's excuse for Logan being there, but I suppose I have a more cynical view

I also don't like the title Mary Anne and Miss Priss. This one isn't inaccurate or anything, but I just think it sounds so stupid.

Another one that bothers me is Claudia Kishi, Middle School Dropout. After all, she doesn't really drop out, just gets sent back. I totally agree! I was just thinking that and coming to post when I realized you'd beaten me to it. Another silly title is Stacey's Secret Friend. Misleading because they're not friends, and it's not a secret. Also I never liked Stacey and the Stolen Hearts and Stacey and the Fashion Victim as titles, either. Seriously cheesey stuff.

What happens that's so horrible in Claudia and the Little Liar? What does Haley lie about that could supposably 'bring down' the BSC?
Also other dumb titles are Welcome Back Stacey and Stacey's Ex Best Friend. The former kind of gives away the answer to Stacey's decision and the latter offers us no hope for Stacey and Laine's friendship.

^ In Little Liar, Haley lies about pretty much everything. She tells her parents Claudia wouldn't help her and Matt with their homework and all kinds of other stuff like that to try to get her in trouble. (I can't remember details right now. I guess I'd better reread.) Then when her parents don't believe her and she gets in trouble, she gets mad and starts telling all of the kids that the BSC are spies. That gets all the other kids mad at them and while it doesn't exactly come close to "bringing down" the club, it does cause a lot of problems. I always thought Welcome Back Stacey should be something like "The McGills Big Fights and Divorce" but am not sure of a catchy, good way to word that one. ;D

^ maybe in the traditional BSC cheesy-style "Stacey McGill, Divorced Kid"
Haley and the Little Liar sounds good! I have it in my collection, but haven't got around to reading it.

I never minded Claudia Kishi, Middle School Dropout because I always interpreted it as everything sucking so much that she wished she could just drop out of school. Another silly title is Stacey's Secret Friend. Misleading because they're not friends, and it's not a secret. This made me laugh. Aw, I actually really like the title Stacey and the Fashion Victim. Cheesy, yes, but it really is kinda clever.

the similarity between "mary anne saves the day" and "mary anne to the rescue" drives me CRAZY. couldn't someone have thought of a better title? did they completely forget about book #4?
i'm trying to think of titles like (insert BSC member's name here), (insert adjective or noun here describing the book) for every member.
kristy thomas, dog trainer claudia kishi, middle school dropout stacey mcgill, super sitter mallory pike, #1 fan
i know there are more but i can't think of them at the moment.
