This book was bittersweet for me. I think it was more well written then the other FF series, however I will always prefer the old BSC. I also agree that the FF should have been set in 9th grade, it would make much more sense....At least at the end of this book they will no longer be 13 forever.

Okay i cant' figure out the quoet thing so I'm not going to mess with it right now Sotypical: IN the book it said that they would open the capsule after 7 years because that would be when they're oldest charges would be graduating from High School (the triplets would be 17). The book came out the summer of 2000...it's almost the summer of 2007 *cough* AMM!!!!!! WE'RE NEEDING A FOLLOW UP HERE!!

Haha, maybe we could start one of those online petitions and harass her until she sees that there's an internet full of twenty/thirty something year old women in need of closure

I honestly don't know why she wouldn't consider writing one, being the fact that so many of us would read it!

^omg you should do that! I don't have this book, but my sister does. she hasn't read it yet though (she is insane and is holding onto it until she's read EVERY OTHER book) so I know she won't post what's in it... I'll see her this weekend so if no one else has checked, I can do it then along the lines of what msstock mentioned... why ann wouldn't put out a reunion book (seriously I get so stoked just thinking about it)... does anyone else get the impression that she tries to distance herself a LOT from bsc books? maybe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but I just get that impression for some reason.

I think she tries to put the focus on her new books but I don't think she should turn her back on the books that really made her popular.

Ok, just dug out my copy, and in the scene where they bury it, the things they put in the time capsule are: A krusher's softball (Jackie) A newspaper article (Jessi) An old BSC flier (Kristy) Stoneybrook Elementary Newspaper (Charlotte) A teddy bear (Claire Pike...but they dug it back out) From the sound of it, that wasn't all they put in there, but I can't find anywhere in the book where they tell what the other stuff was. Ok, so anyway...this book depressed me. Majorly. It has the feel of the last episode of a great sitcom. I actually cried buckets reading this.
