I definitely believe she is passive and at times, passive-aggressive. Farewell Dawn is a good example.

I'm not sure that it counts a great deal because it was a video not a book but in "Mary Anne and the Brunettes." She gives the passive aggressive treatment to Logan big time. That's just how she is. there are many other examples I can't clearly define off the top of my head.

^ yeah for once, I felt sympathy for Dawn in that book, she was an even bigger b*tch in Dawn's Big Date. Pinching and giving all those tips to Dawn, really Mary Anne?
