We would have gotten to read about:
Lucy Newton, Laura Perkins, and Andrea Prezzioso, would have at least gotten to 1 year old, if not 1 1/2 in Lucy's case.
Marnie, Squirt, Sari, Eleanor, Skylar, Emily, Ryan DeWitt, (any other todddlers)? all would have been a steady if not much closer to 3 years old. Perhaps then, they'd have had more of a presence in the books.
Poor Andrew could have finally turned 5, started Kindergarten. Jamie Newton, too. Yeah even Jenny P. Maybe, if they had not been trapped in the time warp, even graduated from K and into 1st grade!
Pikes:
Claire: 6/7 1st Grade Margo: 8/9 3rd Grade Nicky: 9/10 4th Grade Vanessa: 10/11 5th Grade (Graduating SES) Adam, Byron, and Jordan: 11/12 (1st year at SMS in 6th) Mal, of course, 12/13, in 7th Grade.
Charlotte, 9/10 in 5th Grade, also graduating SES. (Remember she was supposed to be 8/9 in 4th Grade while the BSC attended 8th Grade for 13 years).
Becca, would be 9/10 but in 4th Grade. Maybe developing a crush on Nicky? It would have been interesting to read about her friendship with Char, had the two girls, truly been in different grades as they were supposed to!
I'm too lazy to look at the Client list but you get the idea!

^ I think Becca actually had a thing for Jordan at one point....one of the Valentine's Day books maybe? I can't see her being into Nicky....

^You're right. Wasn't it in Kristy and the Sister War? At first Maria and Tiffany were fighting over Jordan, each claiming that she had more of a right to him. It turned out sort of like Nicky and Marilyn/Carolyn in Stacye's Ex Best-Friend to be a case of mistaken identity. I don't remember who they ended up dating at that dance just that Becca and Jordan rings a bell.

I don't know how it would work since the girls would be freshmen. Unless it was one of those schools that were K-6th, 7-9th and 10-12th. I wonder then if it would be Sam then driving Kristy and Abby to the meetings.

I never realized that Charlotte and Becca weren't in the same grade.
If Mallory had stayed at SMS I would have liked to see her deal with the triplets in her school. You know the three of them would have developed a reputation that would have dragged her down even more.

Well, in most of the books, Charlotte was in 3rd Grade like Becca. When the BSC Members were in 7th Grade, Charlotte started out as 7 and in 2nd Grade. In January (of the following year, BSC girls still in 7th Grade) Charlotte was skipped into 3rd Grade. So when the girls began their 13 years of 8th Grade, Charlotte, whose birthday was said to be in June, would have been 8 years old. Since she had completed 3rd Grade, she should have spent the following enternity as 8 years old in 4th grade. I wonder if the Ghosties (for the most part) negated this fact, because of Becca. It was one of the things that annoyed me.
I like to hold out "hope" for the triplets and think that maybe, just maybe, they'd have (eventually, anyway, even in a tiny way) stood up for Mal. What might have been more interesting was the following year. 2 years later. By then Vanessa would have been in 6th Grade, the boys in 7th, and Mal in 8th. I think having Vanessa and Mal in the same school might have further developed their bond.

I would have loved to read about Vanessa, the triplets, and Mallory all at SMS at the same time! Heck, I'd still love to read about it.

that would be funny to read about. Mallory's rep that she did have would go down the toilet.
