also, MA's first book showed her being independent. i guess they couldn't write a book showing her dealing with life without her friends, because we wouldn't have a sense of who she was missing.

I think Kristy because she's the one who originally made up the club. Plus the first book is hers, so Kristy having last one would be a nice conclusion.

^ If it's any consultation, FF Graduation Day is Kristy's super special, so in a way she got the last book in the series.

I think Kristy should have had the last book also. She's the one who "started it all" so she should deserve to be the one who "ended it".

Kristy because the club was her GREAT IDEA and she STARTED IT ALL and the first book of the series was narrated by her, too. It only makes sense that she'd have the last book as well. Then again the FF super special Graduation Day is narrated by her so she does technically have the last book. But it would've been nice for her to conclude the last book of the regular series...

I would have liked the idea to have all of them have a chapter or some kind of unified story line, with the last four girls getting a book leading up to the end.

I think that they should have alternated chapters like a Super Special. I think it would also make sense for Kristy to narrate the last book to make it go full circle or something. But ideally, they all should have got a chapter or two and a final voice.
