I just found a BSC Mystery Game at the thrift store, but it's missing a couple of pieces! Is there anyone here who has the game? All I need is a photo of the missing pieces and I could make my own (in particular the bigger pink circle thing is what I need to play the game).
The game itself seems pretty ridiculous. I assumed that the premise would be solving a mystery, but in fact you begin the game by deciding together what the crime was and who did it, and then during the game you try to figure out extra details, like was the person who did it "mysterious" or "weird"? All while babysitting and paying dues at meetings, of course. Also, the criminals aren't actual characters, just figures like "bus driver" or "stranger". This game looks nuts and I can't wait to play it but I need some help first.
(Sorry if this rightfully should have gone in another board. Just hoping people will see it here)

Sorry - I don't have the game but I would like to know if it's worth buying I've always been really interested in it.

I have this game and the other one too I also got them at my local thrift store. Mine are almost-complete. The games look pretty interested.

Is there any way you could take a picture of the wider pink wheel? The one that had "mysterious" on it? Then I can complete my set. And once I play it I will post a full review!

I have never actually tried to play the mystery game. The rules look needlessly complicated. I doubt that it would be much fun to play, but I like having the game in my BSC collection. I have played the other BSC board game a couple of times.

The game was pretty lame...it might have been more fun if it was more like the plots of the mystery books? Maybe I'll make my own game

^You should! It could be called "Boo Boo's Behind the Scenes Guide to Mansion Secrets!" It could be like Clue or a Choose Your Own Adventure. The game would combine a story with fun.

Since I love Clue, I'm really thinking about it

^I look forward to playing! I have seen a cookie-thief version of Clue (I prefer to murderers) so this could be "who sole/hid Claudia's candy?" Lol, it could even be a trivia game "BSC: Who Are You?"

I've played the game with Afton before, I think a "Clue" type babysitter gamewould be more fun. give it a try BooBoo, you'd have fun making the game!

I have both of the games, the original game and the mystery. I remember playing both all the time when I was younger

I have both board games as well but I never played them. I guess I wanted to leave the games as they were.
