What did everyone think about these...all four of them? I have to admit I really liked them. Fright Night and Christmas Chiller are great, but my faves are Haunted House and Babysitters' Beware. I remember they really freaked me out when I was a kid.

My two favourites were the Christmas Chiller and Babysitters' Beware. *shrugs* I guess I like snow In general, I really do enjoy them - I'm not a HUGE fan of the mysteries (I like the regular books better), but I quite like these ones.

Unfortunately, I haven't read any of the Super Mysteries yet. What makes them a "super" mystery? Are they set up like the Super Specials, where somebody different narrates each chapter? I think I read somewhere that they are. If so, I guess that sounds kind of neat and maybe not quite as boring as the regular mysteries usually are.

Yeah, everybody takes turns narrating chapters. The only one I've read is Fright Night, and Alan Gray played some pretty clever jokes on Kristy.

The only I ever read was Babysitter's Beware and I remember reading that one during a power failure and it kinda freaked me out. I liked that it brought back another of the mysteries and also that only 4 of them went to Shadow Lake. So much more realistic than all members of the babysitter's club + associate members.

^ I think that was my favorite, too, though I love Salem in Fright Night and parts of that one. I'm getting ready to read the other two and can't remember anything about them so maybe I like them just as well, though. ;D

I loved "Haunted House," and liked "Beware." I don't really remember the other two; I might not have ever read them!

I love all of the Super Mysteries and wish they had kept up the series a little bit longer. My favourites are Haunted Mansion and Baby-Sitters Beware, but the other two are great, too. The first time I read Christmas Chiller was one night where I couldn't fall asleep. I didn't do myself any favours by reading the book, as I stayed awake half the night, thinking I could hear people trying to break into my house!

I just read Baby-sitters Beware and found it pretty scary, especially the part where they heard someone ouside the house (even though this seemed very similar to Phantom Phone Calls but scarier for some reason). I just can't understand them not telling their parents, though, about their fears. I'm 25 and my dad freaked out the other night, telling me to "wake him up immediately" if I hear any noises late at night (he's kind of paranoid about stuff like that after being attacked in our storage barn last year). I liked the twist at the end with it being the son and it really made my heart speed up when he grabbed Stacey. Definitely one of the more exciting mysteries. Now I'm looking foward to the Christmas super mystery. ;D I think the Super Mysteries have more danger in them. Anyone else see this?
