When I was a kid, reading the Little Sister books, I always wished Kristy was my big sister. Did anyone else?

I wanted it too when reading LS, but when I upgraded to BSC, she was far from my favourite. I thought Claudia and Stacey were cooler, at the time could relate to Mary Anne and a little bit of Mallory. Anyways I used to think it was sweet that Kristy was nice enough to eat that nasty Saturday lunch with Karen, just the two of them, and how she would read to her or talk to her before bedtime. Or be helpful in trying to solve problems, when karen wasn't sending her junk mail  |

I do remember liking baseball and wanting a team like the Krushers at one point though, I'd forgotten about it.

I never wished for Kristy as a sister; however, I would have enjoyed her as a friend (naturally!). Like Mary Anne, I'm a Virgo, so I think I could have handled some of Kristy's bossy ways  Also, I would have enjoyed her family and -- of course -- Watson's mansion and all the vacations he brought them on! |

When I read the Little sister books, I thought Kristy would be a cool sister, although in the BSC not so much. I do love Kristy though.
