What are your favorites? I've loved A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Garfield Christmas, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer since I was little. I set my DVR for Charlie Brown and Rudolph every year. They don't show Garfield on TV anymore, so I have to check it out of the library.
Of course, I also love the BSC Christmas episode despite poking fun at its low budget cheesiness!

I love Charlie Brown's tree. I enjoy watching movies such as The Santa Clause (first one) and Prancer Returns. Miracle on 34th Street (either version) are okay if I fast forward a little.

They showed A Garfield Christmas last year! It was on ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas at like 5AM one morning. My DVR caught it. It did not hold up well with my memories, but I still liked the part where Odie made a back scratcher for Garfield.

You can get Garfield Christmas on a combo DVD with Halloween and Thanksgiving. I still love Christmas, but the other two? Not so much. I love Christmas movies, so it's hard to pick a favorite. I'm with you guys that like the classics (Rudolph, Charlie Brown, etc). I also like White Christmas and It's a Wonderful Life, although it always depresses me that George never gets out of Bedford Falls. Mrs. Santa Claus (musical with Angela Lansbury) is great...I wish it were still available on DVD so I could replace my VHS. The Muppet Christmas Carol is my favorite adaptation of the story (hard to believe that it's 20 years old), but I also like Mickey's version. The Muppet Family Christmas is also good...wish that one was out on DVD, period!

I can't remember Charlie Brown, it's been too long since I last saw that special and hope to catch it this year.
I saw Miracle on 34th street a few years ago and it was sweet, I'll bet Karen would totally relate to that movie

I forgot about Mickey's Christmas Carol. I loved watching that on TV every year! I haven't seen it in ages; I'll have to get that one out of the library too.

Does anyone have a favorite Christmas episode of a regular tv show? I always liked seeing those in reruns because they'd only play once a year.

I also only just this past year heard about A Muppet Family Christmas and want to watch this SO BAD! But yeah, not on DVD My favourite Christmas TV episiodes... I know I love the Full House one where they get stranded at the airport, and the Seventh Heaven one where Simon gives Ruthie his favourite Christmas pyjama's.... I also know there's a good Boy meets Worls one with Corey giving his present to Shaun... Oh so many good shows!

Maybe the first two Home Alone movies but I'm not sure. I'll have to think more about this.

Haha, I remember having to watch Jingle All the Way in school. At least it wasn't Ernest Saves Christmas, which my sister had to watch. Speaking of bad ones, I used to have this Michael Keaton/Kelly Preston movie called "Jack Frost" on video. I guess I must have liked it if I owned it, but if memory serves, it was pretty dumb. Love Home Alone 1 and 2 and Prancer, too. Also To Grandmother's House We Go with the Olsen twins, I still like watching that one! I love Frasier Christmas episodes. Check out "High Holidays" on YouTube
