^ On a slightly related topic, one night last month I had this dream that I was at Value Village and found a bunch of BSC books that don't exist in real life. One of them was either a California Diaries book or a Portrait Collection book about Allison Ritz, that mean girl Stacey knew in New York. How completely random. I think that it was a CA Diaries book in the dream, which is even stranger.

Dawn's portrait was one of my favorite of the portrait collections. I also loved the chapters where Dawn met Sunny. I loved how she went from thinking they are strange to not caring what people thought. I loved in the anniversary chapter he put the ring in her glass. I forgot exactly what he said, but I remember thinking it was really romantic and sweet when I first read it. This is one of my favorite portrait collections too . And I loved the chapters you've mentioned too, msstock .

I liked the anniversary chapter the best. Dawn was a cute little girl in the illustrations! What bothered me the most was the fire chapter because as soon as she gets obsessed with fires, one happens. But, I am glad it was consistent, because I think in Mary Anne Saves the Day she tells them about the fire. If Dawn had to do an autobiography all the way in CA at the same time as Stoneybrook than Mallory and Jessi should have ALSO gotten one! It bothers me a lot that they didn't. Also, I think they should have done Logan, at the least because he was also in 8th grade, and Shannon's (I would have liked to see what her family was like when she was little). But I would settle for Mallory and Jessi's.

^ The anniversary chapter was one of my favorites, too, and I would also like Mal and Jessi portraits. Logan and Shannon, too. ;D Did this one tell about Dawn's move to Stoneybrook? I always get the Portraits confused with BSC Remembers.

^I don't think it mentioned Dawn's move to Stoneybrook that much. I liked the anniversary chapter the best. I really liked that chapter too.

^ I love Granny and Pop Pop and thought the story with them coming to celebrate and the whole ring thing was sweet. ;D

^ That's the impression I got in BSC Remembers, too. Does this book talk about the divorce at all?

^Well, not exactly the divorce. It just has the moments where Sharon and Jack threw a lot of rude comments at each other,I think. ^ That was sad. I wonder what went wrong.... (though I do love her with Richard and him with Carol. ;D) I wonder what went wrong too...I don't like Sharon x Richard and Jack x Carol though. I really like Sharon and Jack together. I really liked their sweet moments in this book. ;D

I love the family portrait of when Jeff was born and how unhappy Dawn was looking. ;D And the caption underneath says "Guess who feels left out?"

I just think Dawn looks utterly adorable in that picture. I would say it is the most adorable picture of any picture in any of the books, actually.
