Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know to please not feel intimidated by the large volume of our threads. You may feel like you want to come in and talk about Kristy's Big Day, but then see the thread is 8 pages long, and get discouraged because you don't want to say something that's been said, or have to read through all the other stuff. We understand it's a lot of content, and we do not mind old conversations being bought to the surface again. So feel free to add your two cents. That said, we think a lot of our points are interesting and would encourage you to have a browse if you have the time.
Also, please don't forget to read the Forum Rules.
Thanks,
Kylie

Good idea to have posted that, Kylie. After all, we're talking about closed canon of stuff. There'sbound to be lots of rehashing.

I don't mind rehashing, given how many years are contained in some of our threads!

We often don't even notice that comments are rehashing stuff that's been talked about before, because usually if we see a new post in a twelve-page-long thread that spans six years, we just read the new post and don't reread all twelve pages.

I was thinking today how we go through a new core group every two years or so. We're hitting that transition period again where a lot of the regulars aren't checking in as much. This is a good time for new people to jump into conversations and get comfy since there really isn't a lot going on to keep up with.

^ That's good idea. We can have a welcome party on here. (Sound like Kristy.)

Hi lurkers! I logged on to check something in Emergency Meeting...the only one there...and when I left saw that about 10 or so guests had followed me into the room Just thought that was kind of funny. Join us...
