Looking at my running list, I've read about 160 of the books in the series (counting California Diaries and the random books like the movie novelization and the guide to baby-sitting).

I've read the regular series, the super specials, the portraits, the readers requests, the friends forevers, about the first 10 mysteries, and all of Little Sister regular and super specials.
I generally read zero per month. I go in spurts a few times a year where I'll read a bunch in a row, but I probably read 20 or less total a year.

I've read 99% of the entire franchise. I still have a few Friends Forever and a couple of Little Sister books that I haven't read yet/own yet.
I forgot to answer - how many I read per year/month. I'd say maybe 5 a month? Lately it's been 0 but there are some months when I will read a ton.

I'm reading BSC book & LS book at a same time. Probably 4-6 a month. I don't keep track, how many BSC or LS books, I read in month.

I've read the entire regular, mystery, and LS series and all of the super specials for all of those, and all of the special books like Chain Letter and Secret Santa, and the prequel and about half of the Friends Forever books. Oh and about half of the California Diaries.
I usually read about 3 of the books a month when I'm working on my blog, sometimes I will read a few at other times.

I've read and own all the regular series, mysteries, super specials, readers' requests, super mysteries, and Friends Forevers. I'm like a lot of you in that I'll go months without reading any, and then read a whole bunch at once. That might be different if my books weren't boxed up in storage!

I wanted to add that sometimes I get in BSC binges where I read a ton of books. So I have probably read around 20ish in a month before. Maybe more if you include Little Sister books.

^Are you a seasonal BSC reader, Anzuhana? Lately, I've been reading as many as 2 or 3 LS a day, sometimes more. I was anyway a couple weeks ago when I got a bunch in the mail. Once I do get the last 15 LS I need I do plan to start from the BSC beginning and probably read one a day for quite a while. As all of you know, I have done many a series re-read before, (thanks Wiggirl and others for "keeping me company" during a lot of them). I am looking forward to getting to read every BSC (non CA Dairy, I have no interest in those). Sometimes when I am reading non BSC books that aren't too good, I will wish I was back in Stoneybrook instead. I do tend like some of you go through BSC periods when I will only read BSC books. I have also come to much more (thanks to having read most of the LS) appreciate a little more the seasonal and holiday stories.

^LOL, thanks Wenonah. I think. I have always had a good memory when it comes to a subject that is personal or means a lot to me and the BSC bas become both.

It totally makes sense to gorge on the books when you get a new lot in. I'm the same way! It's exciting to read BSC/LS books that you haven't read before.
