I was just invited to a costume party and most people are going as characters of some sort so I was thinking of going as a BSC member. If you guys were going to put together a costume for any of the girls what would you put in it?

I would probably go as Claudia, since you could achieve her look by basically just throwing on your loudest combination of clothes and accessories. Most of the others wouldn't be as recognizable. Maybe you could try Stacey (dress in the most 80s stuff you have, crimp your hair), or Mal (if you have glasses and a red wig). When we were in elementary school, we had a "Come dressed as a book character you like" day. I remember my sister went as Kristy or Mary Anne. That basically meant wearing her normal clothes, but then wearing her hair in a side ponytail (because side ponytail = BSC).

^ I agree. Although will anyone recognise a BSC character anyway? If so, you have cool friends

The thought of me going as ANY of the sitters makes me laugh. Very drag-a-licious!

^I actually own a t-shirt that says "Don't just hug one, plant one!" with a picture of a tree on it. I'm all set for my Dawn costume.
I'd pick who to go as by what kind of props I could possibly drag around all night. Like with Kristy I could have fun with a wiffle ball bat, but with Mary Anne I'd be stuck with a box of kleenex.

I'm immediately reminded of Mallory's "I'd Rather Be Writing My Novel" sweatshirt.

I think to do a BSC character, it'd have to be a group costume. Kristy would probably be the most recognizable on her own, since you could wear a Kristy's Krushers shirt. (Although it'd still only be recognizable for former/current readers!) And Virgo, you could be Logan, duh I'd be any of the blondes. Right now, my hair isn't really long enough for Dawn, though.

Bwahaha dressing as Logan would be soooo fun, haha *sarcasm* I would basically be going as myself.

Claudia would be easy in terms of clothes: just put together something random and weird and there you have it. I'm not Asian, though, and most of my current friends aren't BSC people, so the chances of anyone knowing who I was supposed to be are slim.
