Kind of odd thinking that all these kids actually older than me. I was born in '86 so I guess I would be Lucy's age. It's strange, especially now if I read the books because they are all frozen in time, so they're all still just little to me. I always look around for fanfictions of them all older now, but I can never find any good ones.

I cannot see the clients as grown-ups at all! They will always be little to me. I can see Karen and Ricky actually married (it's unrealistic to marry your second grade sweetheart, true, but we can dream it . Karen would work or own a beauty salon. Ricky would be a police officer. They wouldn't have any kids (I cannot see them having kids!). I can see the Pike boys work in the military. I could definitely see Margo as a military nurse. I can kind of see Claire as a vet. Vanessa would be a famous poet and an English teacher. Jamie could work in the military. Lucy could be a nurse or a teacher. Myriah Perkins could be a famous dancer or actress (or both). Gabbie could be a Broadway dancer in NYC. David Michael and Andrew could work in the military (for some reason, I imagine a lot of boys working in the military). The Hobart boys could all be accountants or lawyers. Buddy Barret could be working in the military. Suzi Barret could be a nurse. Marnie Barret-I don't know, actually. Linnie Papadakis could be a lawyer or a doctor. Hannie could be a teacher or a nurse or school secretary. Sari-I have no idea. Emily Michelle-no idea. Charlotte Johannsen-a secretary. Amanda and Max Delaney-Amanda could groom pets, Max could own a business of fixing computers.

All the boys are lawyers--it's Stoneybrook! They also all change their names to John. I see Amanda marrying a rich guy, or becoming a hardcore bosslady like Martha Stewart or Anna Wintour who leaves underlings shaking in their boots.

^Thanks for the laugh, Greer. I will always think of the clients and really the girls too, just as we knew (and will always know ) them. I'll try with a few anyway. For my very favorite charge, Jamie, I did just read about him at Sudsy's and can see him being an awesome camp counselor like Rhett on Bug Juice. Jamie has the heart and energy and we know he loves being outdoors. I could also picture him as a younger grade teacher. Andrew, for some reason I can picture as a doctor. I think he has the patience to truly make a difference to his patients by really listening to them. I think he can have the creativity and fun side (the doll names) to be approachable. I'm not a fan of doctor type TV shows at all but did love the first two seasons of Strong Medicine. I can somewhat imagine Andrew as a quieter, calmer. Dr. Lu, my favorite character on that show. Of course, I will also always associate the name Andrew with the angel on Touched by an Angel, so maybe our Andrew might also make a good counselor of some sort. Charlotte, I think it would be cool if she was a kids' librarian that also did special events like the Read-a-thon. I can see her doing a great job of bringing books to life for young kids. Maybe because of Jessi's comment in Mother's Day Surprise about Becca "always being up for a good field trip," I can imagine Becca either working at a theme park or perhaps leading field trips either at some location like as a tour guide or helping to assist someone like Ms. Colman take a class on a trip. I can also imagine her enjoying a job like April Frenning had a Toy Town and being able to not only set up displays of toys (thinking of how she helped Jessi with her office kid kit in Keep Out Claudia) but also get to "play," too. Maybe she'd also enjoy working at a children's museum. The Pike triplets, I easily picture at least one of them as a baseball star and maybe Jordan also sings. Byron could be a chef. Vanessa might enjoy a job that allows for some group activity but also time on her own. Perhaps some of her poems or other stories even sit on the shelves at Charlotte's library. Claire, at least based on her 5 year old self, would love working along the boardwalk of sea city, lots of fun sites and new friends to meet and she for sure has the energy and personality type of enjoying being in a crowd to do a great job. Nicky and Margo are harder for me for some reason. I don't know Margo all that well and Nicky, I could picture as some type of boss or maybe in construction. Myriah would be in either acting or theater. Definitely on a stage. Gabbie, maybe she and Karen can co-own a beauty parlor. The parts in "Little Miss Stoneybrook and dawn," where Gabbie and Myriah are playing beauty salon are so funny and Gabbie seemed so very much into the game. Lol, we know Karen has experience with both lovely ladies and also what type of stylist not to hire (Glorianna). David Michael would enjoy construction maybe even helping to build an amusement park ride or for some reason I can see him as a police officer, too. I'll have to think on some of the others.

^Really? That's cool, I didn't know that. I said theater for the character Myriah because of her various acting/singing talents. ETA trying to think of some of the others. I know this is a longshot but what about Buddy as a detective? He did such a great job in Mystery Dairy. If he had the patience down the road, he'd also make a great teacher because he would remember the kids as kids and not in terms of reading or other subject levels as a label, I mean. I can also picture him easily as doing construction or carpentry. Maybe he could sort of combine that and stories with building sets for movies. Suzi, I can picture being in charge either of a corporation or her own business, maybe even a designer like on the old show Trading Spaces. I remember how all the Barrett and DeWitts helped with the house addition plans. I'm trying to think of other older, initial clients. I don't really know, have a sense enough about Eleanor or Nina Marshall. Maybe Matt Braddock might make the big leagues. His sister Haley, I could see as a lawyer and hopefully in a much more positive way than her conniving in "Little Lair." I say that because she definitely liked to get her way. Nancy Dawes, if not an actress, I think might enjoy reporting the news or working for a paper. She, Karen, and Hannie, already have their 3 M Gazette experience for that. Hannie, is a harder but maybe she'd enjoy being a vet. I do love the names of all the Papadakis pets! I actually could also see David Michael as a vet because of how much he loved Louie, maybe he'd want to do his best to help other people's furry family members. Linny, I know in the books he sometimes was a Krusher but also liked magic and putting on shows. Maybe he might enjoy hosting a kids game show like Legends of the Hidden Temple because of the action games. All of this is interesting to think about but it also makes me just want to read about the kids was they are.

I just saw a fan fic where the ages were made where the series left off not to long ago. Now if the series ended in 2000 that would make the characters:
Kristy and co.: born in 87 and today be around 28 years old.
Mallory and Jessi: born in 89 and be 26.
The Pikes would be: triplets (25), Vanessa (24), Nicky (23), Margo (22), and Claire (20).
Jamie Newton would be born in 96 and roughly 19 years old.
All of the infants would be 15/16 years old.

There are to gentle, sensitive souls that I could see being married: Byron Pike and Charlotte Johannsen. Byron is a teacher, and Charlotte, a nurse.

I think Byron and Charlotte has to be one of my favorite client shipping. Then next to Nancy and Bobby from LS I could see Byron being a teacher but I can't see Charlotte as a nurse. Maybe a librarian or reporter of some kind. She has that love of books and writing that I could see turn into a career.

Maybe she's even written some books, much like Mallory Pike!

I could totally see her as a reporter because of her curiosity. Somehow I couldn't see her as a nurse but maybe a doctor like her mom.

I think Byron would be an elementary school teacher. I could see him teaching second to fifth grade but not middle school or higher.
