Mary Anne benefitted a lot from being in the club. I'm not sure Richard would have been as quick to notice his daughter growing up otherwise.
Then Mal and Jessi had the benefits of being around mature 8th graders.

I'd say Mallory benefitted the most. She seemed so desperately lonely in Hello, Mallory. Jessi probably would have thrown herself into ballet from the very beginning if not for the club, so Mal wouldn't even have that strong friendship.

Mal never was as shy as Mary Anne, so I'd say Mary Anne. She went through a lot of changes (boyfriend, makeover, death of a friend, etc.) She started to hold her own more after being in the club for some time.
But yeah, Mal also got a lot of support through the club, too. Hmm, hard to decide.

I think the BSC meant the most to Kristy. The BSC and the kids were the family Kristy chose for herself. I think she benefitted from knowing the club she created, that meant more to her (even if she didn't always say or show it) than a business was helping other families. I would vote for Claudia second especially after Mimi passed away. As for who matured most thanks to the BSC, I agree that it probably helped Mal develop more self esteem and confidence. That is a harder question (to me) than the other. I'll have to think about it.

I'm torn between Mal, Claudia, Kristy, and MA for the reasons stated above.
