My favorites are New York, New York and Baby-Sitters on Board. The only other ones I've read are Summer Vacation and the Baby-Sitters Remember.

^ If you like those, you should definitely read Aloha Baby-sitters and BSC in the USA - other great vacation ones and my favorites Also European Vacation and Sea City are in my top favorite. I'm getting ready to reread Shadow Lake but like that one pretty well, too. Love NY NY and Baby-Sitters on Board. I like almost all of them, just at different times of the year ;D I think Baby-Sitters Remember is my least favorite. Just doesn't "feel" like a Super Special.

I love pretty much all of the Super Specials, although my all-time #1 favourite is Starring the BSC. I don't know what it is, but I just adore it. I particularly love all the Jessi-drama, and the club meeting after the parts have been announced is permanently etched in my brain (especially when Kristy tells Jessi to stop snorting, haha). I also really loved Baby-Sitters on Board, California Girls, New York New York and Shadow Lake. Ooh, and Snowbound! I always forget about that one, because my copy completely fell apart. I have the second half of the book (without the cover, I might add) in a box somewhere, but it's been a long time since I've seen the first half (or the cover ). Least favourite would have to be Winter Vacation. It's the only Super Special I've only read once and don't own. I'm not a huge fan of Summer Vacation, either. I agree with you aln, Baby-Sitters Remember doesn't "feel" like a Super Special to me either, but I do like it. I think I still have that BSC necklace that came with the book around somewhere! ;D

^ I feel deprived. I just got my copy of BSC Remembers this year so didn't get the necklace. What is it? I don't really have any BSC merchandise (except the barbie size dolls) because I'm way more into the books now than as a kid.

^ If I recall correctly, it's a gold chain with "The Baby-Sitters Club" in small block letters. I wore mine a lot, thinking I was cool.

I used to wear mine all the time too. I loved all the free stuff that came with my books. I wish I could find some of it!

Favorite: Baby-Sitters On Board because it was the first SS I ever read and because I looove Disney World. I really love reading about Karen's ride on The Haunted Mansion because that's my favorite DW ride. Least favorite: Aloha Baby-Sitters

My favorites are New York, New York and Baby-Sitters on Board. These two are my favorites, as well. I also liked Summer Vacation, Island Adventure, California Girls, Starring the BSC, and Here Come the Bridesmaids. Actually, they are all pretty enjoyable -- except for the Shadow Lake one. That one, to me, is just "meh."

^really? Shadow Lake is one of my faves! Except the whole ghost thing on the island and Dawn's crap. Totally agree with liking Shadow Lake except for the ghost and Dawn. Usually I like ghost stories but Dawn was seriously obsessed and annoying in this one. I don't care for Summer Vacation or Island Adventure, though, so different preferences (I guess this is good because it means more variety in books and more books because I like them all at least a little ;D)

I'm not sure why I didn't care for the Shadow Lake book except I never was big on the Shadow Lake thing in general. I guess, if they're going to go out of town, a lake house (to me) doesn't seem as adventurous as going to NYC or winning the lotto and flying to California.

^ I get that. I have a cottage, so going to Shadow Lake was never exciting in my books. I still love that SS, though. I always enjoyed all of the plots, except for maybe Dawn's lake monster thing. I loved the Stacey and Sam story! ;D
