Pretty self-explanatory. If the series had continued into the new millennium (with the BSC still staying perpetually 13/11), what new book titles would there be?
Baby-sitters on Reality TV (Super Special) - Claudia becomes a contestant on What Not to Wear, after a petition (spearheaded by Kristy) to nominate her is successful, but in a bait-and-switch, it is Kristy who gets a glamorous makeover instead - TLC also gives the Pikes their own show, Come Down the Pikes, to replace 19 Kids and Counting; unfortunately, Mallory ruins the show's chances, when the producers decide she's not ready for primetime - Jessi decides to try out for So You Think You Can Dance? after child star Derek Masters becomes a guest judge; naturally, she makes it to the finalist selection but drops out when she decides (for the umpteenth time) that ballet is more her style - Adventurous Dawn convinces scardy-cat Mary Anne to be her teammate on The Amazing Race, as the "Step-up Sisters"
I can't think of what to do for Stacey and/or Abby, nor how to incorporate them to the other's storyline(s). Perhaps you can help me out, as well as post your own submissions.
Stacey and the Online Shopping Scandal - when trying out her new computer and using it to order something online, Stacey discovers that the item has something old and mysterious inside, something that could be worth a lot of money.
Mallory's Cafe Crush - In a vintage cafe that screams 'hipster', right around the corner from Riverbend, Mal meets the cutest boy on campus. The best part? He's into YA lit, the hottest new thing in publishing right now, he has an uncle who owns a bookstore and he makes Ben Hobart look like Dan Quayle.
Karen's Santa - There's a pile of Christmas presents under the Thomas-Brewer tree, and nothing is stirring, not even a... oh, wait, what's that coming down the chimney? Is it Santa and his reindeer, or is Mrs Porter next door planning something even more sinister?
