I pick Mallory being the most likely to run away from home. It's clear that she resents being a third parent to her irresponsible siblings and hates her parents for treating her like a baby and she would think that running away from home would solve all of her problems and make her feel all grown up.
Claudia is my second choice. The pressure to become as good as Janine at school will become too much for Claud and she will consider running away as being a only option to get away from her parents overbearing demands.

I picked Mary Anne. She was ok with the thought of moving away rather than have to break up with Logan again. She's the type to get overwhelmed with her life and want to run away from it all.

It's hard to choose between Claudia and MA. They both seem unhappy with their home lives. But because Claudia seems unhappier and she's basically the opposite of her parents and Janine. I can totally see Claudia either dropping out of high school in sophomore or junior year or possibly getting her GED rather than graduating then running away from home to New York or Boston or some other city up north. She'd live in a dirt cheap, crappy apartment and become an artist and make a living on selling her artwork. She seems pretty independent enough to live on her own, and she'd be content to a life without her parents and older sister...
As for MA, she does sound unhappy with her family and Logan, but I think she'd be too nervous to run away from home and live on her own. I think that she would suck it up and deal with her lifestyle until she is eighteen...
So I vote for Claud.

I don't agree that Mary Anne is unhappy with her home life.
She gets on fine with her dad and stepmum, who are both loving parents.
When she and Logan break up, both Richard and Sharon are very loving and supportive of her.
So I don't get where some people are saying that Mary Anne has this miserable home life.
And I have no idea where somebody acquired the notion that Mary Anne was okay with leaving Stoneybrook late in the series.
Nowhere in the series is Mary Anne happy with the idea of her family moving away from Stoneybrook and her friends.
I say Logan and Shannon are the two most likely to run away from home.
Their families seemed a tad troubled and Lyman Bruno seems authoritarian and controlling.
Lyman made the unilateral decision to place Logan in a stuffy boarding school without consulting either Logan or Louise Bruno, which shocked Mary Anne, who comes from a freer, more democratic home.
I wouldn't be surprised if Lyman does it and this time follows through, especially since Logan and Mary Anne broke up.
I can see Logan at least attempting to run away as a result.

I voted for Mallory, she seems like the type to run away from her problems. I mean boarding school before looking into Kelsey or having her mom talk to SMS?

I did think it was a bit extreme also...I would have had Mallory transfer to Stoneybrook Day School or Kelsey after winning a scholarship also. Or have a writing all-girls day school right in Stoneybrook that none of the BSC knew about until Mallory found it online. Stoneybrook's certainly big enough for that. Then have Mallory win a scholarship there and attend it as a day school while still staying in the BSC. That's what I would have done. I actually would have loved to see the BSC at an all-girls school in Stoneybrook.
