Hi everyone!
I recently logged in and noticed that my avatars were removed. Seems as if Photobucket is now charging to host images on third-party websites. I even had a banner that one of our members nicely made for me!
Also, I tried to use a board avatar (the ones that you can pick when editing your profile) but you can't see them...hmm...
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Wow, it was so weird not seeing your avatar. Since its back, I'm happy lol. The avatars are usually what makes me remember everyone.

Seems like the best place for this - I noticed a bunch of old accounts had sparklymouse's Ukraine avatar. It was on a handful of threads. Is anybody else seeing it too? They were all accounts that haven't been active in years.

I also see sparklymouse's Ukraine avatar. I just assumed that she uploaded it.
ETA: I just saw greer with the "No War" avatar. It seems like at least a couple of people who previously didn't have an avatar now have a "No War" avatar though I can't confirm how many other people have it. Until just now, I thought sparklyouse was the only one with it.

What?! I don't have any avatar. I don't like avatars. I have them shut off so that I don't see anyone's.
ETA: OK, I just turned them on so that I could see. I didn't pick that! That's creepy that I was just given a political avatar.

Well, I see that you an Ukrainian flag in your avatar and it says "No War." (In the blue strip, it says "No" and in the yellow stripe, it says "War.") If you didn't upload it, then I'm assuming that proboards uploaded it. Do you visit the boards without logging in? If you don't, then perhaps you could try it sometime and you'll see that you have an avatar.

Yeah, I went into my profile and turned the avatars on so that I could see what it was. Like I said, I didn't pick that.

Use only the Uploaded/Linked
Use a Forum Avatar - Pick One
No Avatar (Default Setting)
I had the first option picked on my profile but without anything of my own uploaded. The forum avatar option used to be broken but is now the same flag option. No avatar is the bald egg head.

I checked the other Proboard that I have a profile on but never use. My avatar on that is just a blank silhouette of a person, but I do see the flag avatar here and there with other inactive posters.
