*waves hello!* It's funny to receive this because I just messaged someone about BSC muses and missing how things used to be, the community that there was. I miss the BSC LJ group. I miss the RP too. I second the discord suggestion. It has different "channels" so you can have RP channel to discuss, or fanfic, or even the new Netflix show. I think Instagram is more for pictures and wouldn't really foster conversation and Twitter definitely has limitation with characters. Those are just my thoughts <3 There is going to be NEW BSC show?!?!? Yup! Netflix is picking up a live action BSC show. I don't know when it's set to air and I'm half terrified... but I also know that I'm going to watch it

I'd prefer here or Reddit. I'll only participate if I can be anonymous. Apparently I'm a dinosaur because I have no idea what a discord server is. It's a messenger platform. It is used a lot by RPers and gamers. You can have different "servers" - like chat rooms and in the server you can have different "channels", where you can do different topics, etc. You need to an account to use it but it's not that much different from here.

^If I looked at the right website, then it didn’t look like something I would be into.
Genuine question. If people can get an email from Kylie and come here to post about where they would like to post...why can’t you just post here? You have an account and everything is set up already.

I come by these forums now and then and although I pretty much haven't posted here since I was in high school (and I'm embarrassed about even looking at those old posts), I do binge on threads here still.
With that said, I actually have noticed, maybe due to new media about the franchise, there's been more activity over the past few years, albeit younger fans who were probably introduced through something like the graphic novels and have a different experience getting into the series. This forum definitely isn't dead.
I myself was thinking Reddit would be a good idea but threads work differently there, as one user said, new posts don't bump a thread to the top so one would have to follow the thread. It'd still wouldn't hurt to try though.

I’m coming in late, but I actually like just staying here. If people find it/rediscover it, I’m all for it! Even though this kind of forum is less popular than it once was, active forums still exist. I don’t like Reddit because there are no “closed” areas just for members. Facebook groups are something I always enjoy, though.

What about a discord server? It has voice chat so we could do a read out loud/story hour/whatever, and would be fun to also watch the BSC series (like a watch party) together when it comes out on Netflix! (There’s a website called rabbit where we can all watch at the same Time). It’s also nicer bc we can all chat in real time and still be anonymous As long as people can still type comments in...not everyone can speak out loud.

Well there's the wiki too that has a discussion section. I like the boards though!

Is anybody from here on the BSC Reddit page? You don't have to give out your name on there. I just wondered because sometimes very similar things pop up here and there. I haven't posted anything, but they do have some fresh and funny takes on things. There's also only 1644 members currently, so it's not exactly fast paced or overwhelming.

I do, it’s a pretty chill place.
