Mallory-She chose to stay in Riverbed to avoid coming home to her crazy family. She'd probably catch the virus from someone in the dorms because she is Mallory. She would be shipped home regardless.

The BSC would still keep the club going, just wearing their masks.
Claudia would still be able to buy her candy...not everything closed down that spring.
Stacey would busy herself with other projects...shopping was not her only hobby.
I get irked when people act as if Stacey did nothing but shop and flirt.
Anyway, in my timeline, the BSC are in their mid-thirties during the pandemic.
They would step up and band together to help others during the pandemic, including lots of volunteer work and connecting people with in-person services.
They'd organize people to order as much as they could to help restaurants stay afloat.
They'd each test themselves frequently...Kristy and Claudia, both business owners, would have their employees tested frequently.
Perhaps Stacey, Anna or Kristy or Dawn might volunteer to participate in covid vaccine trials.
Stacey would definitely help with covid research since she's a brilliant engineer in my timelime.
Mary Anne, living and teaching in NYC, would help arrange small "pods" of in-person classes as well as couseling while schools were closed to insure that students are not isolated from their peers.
She and her neighbors, which also include Mona Vaughn, would reach out to at-risk kids to insure that they didn't fall through the cracks.
Mallory and Jessi, with ideas passed on from Mary Anne and Mona, would even arrange a similar thing with kids in their neighborhood with the local teachers.
They'd even arrange small classes with fellow teachers in their homes for the students.
Abbey, a lawyer now living in New Jersey, would help out business owners, especially those suing to keep their businesses open.
And all the BSC would definitely not keep their kids isolated under lock and key.
Kristy and Claudia would also band the kids together in their Minnesota neighborhood in teams and small classes to keep them connected.
Stacey, who is in Vermont, would invite local students for small in-person classes at the local universities and scientists' and engineers' offices.
Dawn and Abbey would definitely encourage more outdoor play for kids and more outdoor restaurant dining.
Dawn would definitely tell everyone that the great outdoors was good for the health and would let people know that the virus is not floating in the outdoor air.
Most of all, the BSC would be urging people to VOTE in the November 2020 election.
I can see Dawn, Abbey and probably Kristy and Claudia volunteering at the voting polls.
And now that the vaccines are coming out, the BSC would be supporting all vaccination efforts.
