I was reading through the BSC wiki and noticed on one of the pages Abby says that the club has 24 regular clients. Who are the regular clients? Has this been discussed before?

The Complete Guide to the Baby-Sitter's Club lists (I think) 32 families that the BSC has sat for more than once (Or if only once, they were the main storyline of a book). The families are the Addisons, Arnolds, Barretts/DeWitts, Braddocks, Cheplins, Craines, Delaneys, Felders, Gardellas, Gianellis, Hills, Hobarts, Hoyts, Johanssens, Kormans, Kuhns, Lowells, Mancusis, Marshalls, Martinezes, Masterses, Newtons, Papadakises, Perkinses, Prezziosos, Robertses, Rodowskys, Salems, Sobaks, Springers, Stanton-Chas, and Wilders. (Also, listed in the family section are the Thomas-Brewers, Pikes, and Ramseys)
Out of those 35, I would consider the true regulars, the Arnolds, Barretts/DeWitts, Braddocks, Hobarts, Johanssens, Mancusis, Newtons, Papadakises, Perkinses, Prezziosos, Rodowskys, Sobaks, Thomas-Brewers, Pikes, Ramseys, and Wilders.
That's only sixteen, though, so I'm not sure who the other eight that they consider regulars would be.

I would add the Delaneys, Kormans, and Marshalls from that list. Who are the Mancusis? I thought they were the animal people that Jessi sat for. I wouldn't call them regulars.

Yeah, I would probably consider those too. And you're right, they are the animal family. I meant to type Marshall, I have no idea how I got the names mixed up. Haha

Out of that list i would take off the one time clients, ones that moved, or not used often, but that's still too low.
Arnolds, Barretts/DeWitts, Braddocks, Hills, Hobarts, Johanssens, Kormans, Kuhns, Marshalls, Newtons, Papadakises, Perkinses, Prezziosos, Robertses, Rodowskys, Wilders, Thomas-Brewers, Pikes, and Ramseys.

If you count the Barretts/DeWitts and Thomas-Brewers as two separate families, that brings the total to 21. But I'm still not sure who the last three would be.

Hmm well if I take out the one time clients and ones that moved away by the end there's 24 but those characters are hardly ever used to be considered regular. This is the list I came up with from the complete guide
Used in three books or less: Sobaks, Stanton-Chas, Gianellis, Craines, Hills, Robertses, Masterses, Marshalls,
Leaving these as the regular clients: Arnolds, Barretts/DeWitts, Braddocks, Hobarts, Johanssens, Kormans, Kuhns, Newtons, Papadakises, Perkinses, Prezziosos, Rodowskys, Wilders, Thomas-Brewers, Pikes, and Ramseys.
Maybe the underused clients are sat more in the background or something?

Yeah, that would make sense. They seem to mention Betsy Sobak, even when she's not in the book, so I could see that happening.

I wonder if those one off families like the Ohdners would be on that list, even if we don't see them.

There probably are some clients not on the list and some clients that come and go and maybe even return.
