^ I've never even heard of it until I looked at the favorite state candies.

They're just gummies in the shape of fish. Apparently they're vegan when most gummies are not, so that could raise the popularity. I hate gummy things. I don't care what shape they come in. Fish, bears, worms, drops, evil children, etc. Don't care.

I'm also not a fan of gummy food.

I'm also a chocolate lover,so my favorite Halloween treats to get were Snickers, Reese's, and Milky Ways.
Least favorite? That gross taffy that comes in orange and black wrappers and is basically tasteless. I think it's supposed to be peanut butter flavored but you can hardly tell.

Oh, I kind of like that one. Is it toffee?

They're called peanut butter kisses. They're sticky, chewy taffy that taste vaguely plasticky. Toffee is crunchy goodness.

Gotcha. I’m a fan of all taffy in general!

This is not Halloween specific, but I've been on this kick to try new products recently. First thing I've tried was Reese's peanut butter cups with pretzels. They were ok, but I couldn't specifically taste pretzel. It was just a crunchy bit inside that added some texture and salt. I have a whole bag to eat, so maybe I'll gain stronger feelings one way or the other.
