Which adult is your favorite character in the LS books? I've noticed that I like some of the adults (Nannie and Elizabeth) better in the Little Sister books than I do in the regular series but some of them less (Kristy and Watson). I voted for Seth but it was a hard choice between them and Mrs. Colman. I like how both of them help Karen with her problems and really listen to her instead of just immediatly getting frustrated with her. I think Seth's relationship with Karen and Andrew is really sweet. ;D

I voted for Miss Colman, I like the relationship she has with her students and she seems like an excellent teacher.

I'm going with Ms. Colman. She just seemed so nice and to really love kids.
But I like Seth and Morbidda Destiny a lot too!

^ Agree about Nannie in the LS books. Still don't like her a ton but much better than in the BSC and there are actually some times when I do like her a lot in the LS books. The only one I don't like her in is Karen's Birthday, where I think she contributes to the problem.

I can't believe I forgot to include one of my favorite adults - Merry Perkins the little house nanny. She seems really fun and I like how Karen and Andrew compare her to Mary Poppins in Karen's Nanny, which is one of my favorite LS books. ;D Also can't believe I forgot Granny and Grandad - two of my other favorites.

Another Perkins? Couldn't Ann have thought of another last name?

for some reason, I always like Sam in the LS books. He just seems like a good big brother the way he's written. Of course, I've always wanted a big brother myself, so that's probably part of it.

I like Sam a lot, too. And Charlie. Ann does seem to reuse names a lot - which drives me crazy since names are very important to me. I had missed the Perkins one this time, though now I think I do remember noticing it in the past.

I liked both Sam and Charlie a lot, especially in the LS books, they seem like good big brothers to Karen and Andrew.
