^ That sounds just like me, sweetvalleygirl. ;D I've noticed that we share a lot of views on things on here. It's intersting to know you're an only child. Are you close with your parents too? I am very close with mine. I know lots of kids say they wouldn't know what to do without a sibling but I wouldn't know what to do if I had one. ;D I would probably kill them. ;D Yes, I'm very close with my parents. They get on my nerves sometimes, but most of the time, we're very close-knit and I love them both tons . I wouldn't know what to do if I had a sibling either ;D. I go crazy whenever my little cousins are in town and messing with my stuff and having to baby-sit and such so it's safe to say that if I did have one, I'd kill them too ;D. Anyone remember what book he doesn't want to wear the tie in because it chokes him? I know I just read it but can't remember which one. I think that was Karen's Wedding .

^ Definitely. ;D The title of this thread makes me picture Andrew in a suit. ;D He's so cute. Anyone remember what book he doesn't want to wear the tie in because it chokes him? I know I just read it but can't remember which one. I think Karen's Birthday, when it's her party at the little house. Although I vaguely recall her saying something specific about his tie being a clip-on, so it could be a different book.

I think Andrew complained about ties in multiple books. He's such a cute kid, despite the fact that I find him bratty a lot of times. ;D

I think Andrew complained about ties in multiple books. Yeah I think so too because I remember him complaining about ties in more than one book, I just can't think of the specific ones he complained in ;D.

So did Jeff. I remember him throwing his tie in Here Comes the Bridesmaids!. In Ann's world, young boys hate ties ;D

^ ;D I remember that, too. I wonder how they would feel about English riding breeches - that was always the biggest complaint for the boys at the horse shows. ;D

Way too sophisticated. Andrew reminded me of myself when I was his age. The only thing I did not like about Andrew, was that he tattled on Karen all the time. He seemed to come out of his shell to tattle, but the rest of the time, he acted all shy.

^ LOL! ;D
So are we talking about sophisticated as in a Stacey-McGill-from-the-Big-Apple-and-is-so-dibble kind of way, or what? LOL just kidding.
Seriously, I definitely think that Andrew is written too sophisticated, but not moreso than say, Gabbie Perkins. I think most of the children in the BSC/LS series' were written much more maturely than they should have been; more like children a couple of years older than them. (Except for the triplets, who are ten years old but treated like they're five, wtf?)

Cokie Mason, I was only stating my opinion like everyone else and Andrew is four in the BSLS series. I forgot he was 3 in Kristy's Great Idea.

I think that Andrew seems older than four at times. Like in Karen's Tattletale, he held a grudge against her for days. I would think that by then, he would've forgotten what he was mad at Karen for and would instead having been playing with her or would've been mad at her for something else.
