I'd like to be there; I keep hoping some time we'll get to share in someone's Chanukah celebrations.

I liked reading about the religious parts. I liked that Nannie got better for Christmas.

It fits so in there between the regular books, much more than many other SSs.

I liked reading about the religious parts. I liked that Nannie got better for Christmas. that was very interesting to read about too, and I like how at the same time they were doing christmas activities and how the two traded holidays

I liked this book! There was a lot of different Christmas-related stuff going on, so it was pretty exciting.
The cover is nice, both Karen and Nancy look good on it, but what bothers me is that scene never happens in the book. Karen and Nancy give their books to each other at different times. Plus, it spoiled part of the book because -- looking at the gift-wrapping -- you can tell that they bought each other the same present.
I think the best Super Special is this one!

^ It proves Nancy didn't accept Karen's gift, wrapped it up and gave it back to her from already having it and not wanting to burst her bubble LOL!

I want to know if that bobbsey twins book was really rare or if it was just a gimmick for the plot line

I was curious too about whether that book exists, and if it does, if it's the correct number of the series
now I'm remembering Baby Tell Me a Story from Mystery at the Mall

Cool, thanks for sharig. I love how mentions of books before BSC got me interested in them. I discovered Charlie and the Chocolate Factory that way, reading it right away when seeing it at school after the mention, it's definitely one of the best children's books of all time.
