I wonder what she talked about, she reminds me of a friend of mine that's 20 years older than she is, and she doesn't shut up either for hours!

She didn't talk the whole time; she shared the activity books!

When I first read this one I thought it was boring too, but then several years I read it again and learned to love it. I don't think farm life is all that bad.

I think it took me a couple of reads to really get into it. I used to like karen's mystery way better back in the day, but this one aged better

I liked the games that Karen and Tia made.
I saw a flight time from Nebraska to Connecticut that is 2 hours, 39 minutes. So, Karen talked to that man for 2 hours.

Would Karen prefer a body scan or a pat down at the airport? She might think the body scan was gigundoly awesome.

This book was kind of meh. Karen basically does nothing except garden and make salads ALTHOUGH she does meet her first d**e ever, Tia.

She knits again in the book where Ms. Colman has a baby, I believe. She knits in the one where Nancy's mom has a baby as well.

Tia was adorable and Karen knew it, why else did she want to start looking like her? I have to admit I loved reading the descriptions of making salad and gardening, it was soooo mouth watering!

It took five years on these boards for me to find out d**e is on the list of censored words. Better late than never, I suppose.

I enjoy reading this book. The book should be called Karen's Farm. Since, she mostly on the farm, instead on the plane. Only in the beginning of the book & towards the end of the book. Her mom, should make sure, she got everything packed in her suitcase. I love the games they invent it. Sounds like fun to make. I think, read this once, when i was teenager. But, been so long. I love the country. But, I don't know, if I can stand no air conditioning in the house, tv, video games, or laptop. But, if someone doesn't have those in their country house. I'll learn how to knit, make games, bake, read, & etc....
When, i was little. My mom helps me, packing my suitcase. She still does. But mostly I do the packing. (Which is the pits.)
