/\ I'm still a dork and I'm 25! I also only snark on Mallory if she does something snarkable...i.e. everything that happens in "Mallory and the Dream Horse."

Dawn the health food nazi is an obvious choice. Both Jessie and Mallory seemed to whine a lot. Even though when I read the series Mallory was one of my favorite characters. But would be terribly evil of me to snark at "sweet" MaryAnn? Not that I'm one to throw stones; but that girl had some serious issues. All that crying. Somehow I have the feeling that most of her babysitting money was spent on kleenex.
Claudia was probably the least snarkable character to me. Maybe that's because I have a soft spot for people with horrible fashion sense.

Claudia started out having good fashion sense for the time the books were written...then she just got "unique."

I have to chime in that I cannot stand Stacey. They make it like she's so brilliant because she's allegedly a math whiz, but you'd never know it from how airheaded and boy crazy she is all the time. She falls in "luv" (at least) once in every one of her books. I also can't stand that she dots her i's with hearts.
Claudia's books are probably my least favorite, but Stacey is the one I love to snark on the most.

I love to snark Stacey, mostly because I get really tired of the "I'm from New York, so I'm cool and sophisticated" crap. I grew up in Paris and am far more like Mary-Anne and Mallory than Stacey.
Oh and Claudia because of the spelling. I find it hard to believe that she cannot get through ONE notebook entry without a spelling error.

Remembering my teenage years, I think it's totally possible for a girl to be booksmart (good at math for instance) but act airheaded and boy crazy. I had a friend who was like that. I think they're really ruled by their hormones at that age.

It's funny that Kristy is the only one who hasn't gotten mentioned!

I must say that Mallory is the easiest. Too bad. I sometimes feel so bad for Mallory, especially when people call her ugly. Red hair and freckles are awesome! ^^ And sometimes it seems like everyone snarks only on her, and then it's funny to read about people snarking on other characters. XD Or maybe I just relate to her dorkiness, because I used to be such a dork at the age of eleven. :DDD I could relate to that too.

It's funny that Kristy is the only one who hasn't gotten mentioned! Kristy was pretty snarkable in Abby the Bad Sport. Sure, Abby was acting pretty heinous, but Kristy took it so personally when she wasn't even involved, refusing to talk to her!

I have to admit that two of the most snark-able sitters Mallory and Claudia are also my two favorite sitters.

I think the only ones I don't snark on are Mary Anne and Dawn. I think Mary Anne is sweet and cute and I adore her. I love Dawn cause I'm a big ole hippie just like her and I will certainly lecture you if you ask me about vegetarianism, heh.

Recently I've started snarking Claudia with a vengence. It is just too easy.
