I don't think Kristy walked with the P's. I think everyone was on the float.

I was just thinking it's moving/on wheels, and if they're big enough to toddle, they might wobble over to the edge and tip over. I think on the cover there's some random baby strapped into a car seat right by floating Emily's feet, so I guess in theory the babies were safe. Unless of course the car seat went flying. But anyway, I'd feel a bit nervous leaving my baby on a float with a bunch of 11 and 13-year-olds.

^ I'd be nervous having my baby on a float at all. ;D It does sound cute, though. I think Mrs. P dressed up now that I think more about it. Wasn't she the queen or something? ;D

I think she was the Queen's page or something like that. I remember it all being described as ridiculous. ;D

I liked Claudia's suggestion the best. It would have been the most creative. Plus the costumes could be really ugly and it would be okay. the float could just be a half dome to represent a planet, so it would have been much easier.

^ What was Claudia's idea? The only ones I remember are Stacey's tux concept (which I always think of when Jessi and Becca talk about getting Squirt a tux in Troublemaker ;D) and Jessi's ballerina idea.

^ Interesting. I wonder if they would have been astronauts or planets??? ;D I'm imagining one with Saturn's rings around her but space suits would have been pretty cute. ;D

hahaha i'm cracking up! Babies in space. I'd prefer the planets/rings around them idea because dressing a baby up as an alien is just creepy ;D

When my niece was a tiny baby she went through a stage for a few weeks where she looked uncannily like those drawings of aliens you always see. My sister would hold her up and say in a high-pitched voice, "Take me to your leader!" Dressing babies up as aliens would be kind of strange though.
