I find that while I usually like Logan's chapters in super specials (as well as non member chapters), I don't like either of his books. I would've preferred that Shannon had two books and Logan having one, instead of it being the way around.
The same thing happened in California Diaries. I liked the diaries of Dawn, Sunny, Maggie and Amalia but I didn't like Ducky's that much because I found his diaries to be boring.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I actually really like Logan books. It is refreshing to see books from a male perspective - and I also really like Ducky's. I like the way he writes them. I wish we saw books from Logan regularly, just because it was so different and we got to see his life at home and while he was sometimes a huge part of other books (such as Mary Anne to the Rescue), it was nice to see it from his eyes and not hers. I would have liked to see his perspective in FF after she broke up with him too - would have been interesting. Ha, and I'm not even a big fan of Logan!

i actually really like logan's books because it's nice to see his perspective. there are hundreds of books narrated by the girls and they all sound the same, but i find that he is more honest and realistic about relationships than the girls are. obviously i'm not a boy so i don't know what it's like growing up as a boy, but i feel like his books represent what it's really like. i don't notice a difference between his narration of chapters vs books, but i like both of those better than chapters about him narrated by other people.

I agree. They should have more male perspective. I would even want more male BSC characters. (maybe even one who was hinted at being gay? Maybe I am just biased, haha).
