Who is the scapegoat of the BSC?


Although Mallory is probably the most likely option, I actually picked Claudia. Why? Because who else creates those countless flyers, posters, parade floats, costumes ... she even made a butterfly costume for Scout! Not to mention all the phone calls she takes after meeting hours. No wonder the girl is failing school! haha.

^ I'd say Claudia too because she might get blamed if some of the members don't get enough jobs seeing how she was a job-hog in the beginning of the series and they might suspect her of just accepting jobs that are called in during off hours without offering it to others.

I can see all them being a scapegoat during the various times when they had less job offers like when Stacey was accused of stealing a ring and when Mary Anne had Logan over for Jake.
