Is anybody else interested in MBTI/Keirsey temperant sorter/Jungian personality types? I've long been interested in it myself (I'm an INTJ!), and I've often thought about who the sitters would be. Kristy is the one I am most sure of. She is an ENTJ, the Fieldmarshal. The name alone screams "KRISTY" to me. Mary Anne is ISFJ, the Protector or INFJ, the Counselor. Claudia is obviously of Artisan temperament to me, but I can't tell if she is an introvert or an extravert. Also, her excellence at solving mysteries muddies the waters a bit. Here is an intro to the Artisan temperament. I can also see Mallory being an ISFJ, the Inspector, although I don't really know why. I think Jessi and Abby are both ESFP, Performers. Dawn, Stacey, and Logan, I have no idea. Shannon is some kind of Rational. Any thoughts?

I think you're probably spot on. I'm usually an INFJ in these tests, though, and I've never thought of myself as a counselor. Fits Mary Anne to a T, though!

I could definitely see Abby as an ESFP performer.

I could definitely see Abby as an ESFP performer. What about Jessi? Jessi was hard...

I love Myers-Briggs personality tests! I fluctuate between being an ISTJ (more often) and an INTJ (less often). I've read several places that ISTJs tend to be the most hated personality types, and I was like, yup, that's me. Of the four dichotomies, I'm strongest on introversion. Least strong on the sensing/intuition option.

I'm always INF and the last letter can vary, between J and P, Maybe depending on the test and/or my mood when taking it? About Mallory the Inspector. I like it because Mal does a great job often in the mysteries putting clues together and just sticking with the notes to try to solve a "case." I just finished reading "Christmas Chiller," and Mal's persistence about Mary/Lisa paid off.

For me, it was hard to figure out what I was until I found a test for kids and took it from that point of view. Then it was clearer. It's hard for me to judge myself objectively. (The kids' test lacks n/s, though.) I also like Mallory as Inspector due to her earlyish trait of level-headedness.

^That is interesting Greer. Do you still have that test? I first took a Meyers Briggs years ago now in college, I think during my senior year. Our results were supposed to factor into our thesis papers on our beliefs (in terms of child development) and how we planned to put those into practice (future career). I am not a label fan either positive or negative, but it is interesting to me to think about and also see (especially our favorite BSC characters) in different ways.

^Wow greer, your personality type has changed a lot in the past 3 years from the old thread! Yeah, like I said its hard for me to objective... Like how I would want to be/see myself is different from how I am. That's why it was helpful for me to take a test looking back at myself as a child. I also bought Please Understand Me II. It's not that I changed; I just understand the test better! Also I was more social because at the time I was partying a lot, and we're all extroverted when we're drunk. (I'm also on the fence between INTJ and INTP... I'm an ideas person and I can find the best solution, but I'm not as easygoing as INTPs are described as being.)

I'm an INFP and I can see Mallory as an INFP, too.
