Since we had Stacey and Claudia why not Mary Anne? She had some cute stuff post her make over and some stuff before that didn't look too bad. I like the outfit that she borrows from Stacey in book 8: yellow pedalpushers, a yellow and white striped tank top, and an oversized white jacket. I imagine her looking cute.
Then this outfit in book 10: In the junior department I tried on a green sweater dress that made me look like a mermaid, and a yellow sweater dress that made me look as big as a house. Then Claudia handed me a full white skirt with the words Paris, Rome, and London, and sketchy pink and blue pictures of the Eiffel Tower, the Tower Bridge, and other stuff scrawled all over it. She matched it up with a pink shirt and a baggy pink sweater. I would never, ever have tried on that skirt, but with the shirt and sweater it looked really cool. In the shoe department we found white slip-ons with pink and blue edging that matched the pink and blue in the skirt. I'd never have looked twice at those shoes, either, but with the rest of the outfit they were perfect.
Do you have any favorites?

In the days before Google I really wondered what pedalpushers were! I remember not knowing either, then my family was helping my grandma clean out her stuff, and she called her capri's pedalpushers. I didn't learn that until like 17 years later lol.

Pedalpushers are neat...I can see her wearing those as well.

The cover of her on the original book 4 always looked cute to me, I love long skirts.

I love long, loose skirts also, especially ankle-length skirts.
I can see Mary Anne wearing those often in high school, uni and adulthood with either bohemian or goth tops.

The famous cities skirt outfit is legendary and probably my favorite BSC outfit of all time (weird, since I wouldn't wear it. It's just iconic).

Agree about the skirt - it's easily her most iconic outfit.
I also really like her dance dress from the makeover book: "fiery red, off-the-shoulder crepe dress, with shirred sleeves, a fitted bodice, and a skirt that flared to mid-calf." It seemed very 50s, so totally her style besides being red.
