I'm not a huge fan of "Pumpkin" (Karen's kitten). If you were naming it then what would you pick? (Disclaimer: I don't remember if it was a boy or a girl. I think boy.)

I picked Candy and Pumpkin. I want to pick a third option but I can't choose between Spooky, Spirit and Trick.

I wouldn't want an explicitly Halloween-y name because the cat has to live with it year round.

I think that Goblin is adorable. I’ve got Almira on the brain right now. And, I picked other. Walter, because that is what I named my own black kitten. It is not Halloween themed, but he is a possessed demon.

I like Spooky, like the cat in the super mystery. I think it’s cute even all year round.

Maybe I should choose other pet name and have that name be Treat.

I also like the name Wart. 😆 Shelters often give litters theme names. I feel like I’d be so good at the naming job.

I used to work at petsmart and I was part of the team that took care of the animals. I got to be very good at theme naming. One day we got 9 hamsters so they were named after the Fellowship. The grey and white one was Gandalf, the dwarf hamster was Gimli, etc.

Oh and didn’t Morbidda have a black cat named Midnight?

Midnight was an appropriately named cat. Morbidda should have gotten a white cat and named it Moonlight. ❤❤ (Ann would have called it Garfield or Morris or another orange cat name. Respect those ginger kitties, Ann!)
