I really wish the secrets in this one would've been juicier. Maybe someone could right a fanfic about a different chain letter, the one with the 'real' secrets.

I LOVED this book. I agree pulling out all the stationary and cards was so cool. I wish I could find all the stuff that came with the book originally. I don't remember exactly everything that was in them though, I remember secret santa had a friendship necklace.

I just found this book at a bookstore- but my mom was with me and she was like 'you're way too old for that' and I was like 'but do you know how rare this is??' It was really neat to look through the book and pull out the letters.
Logan and Lewis' letter was hilarious. I love how Lewis was like 'I'm going to leave the room right now so Logan can seal this letter with a real kiss.'
Reading Mary Anne's gave me a headache. I died of laughter when Claudia was like 'dear janine. How are you? I am fine. Who are mom and dad?' Gets me every time.

Ah yes, Claudia's famous " who are you" lines never fails to amuse me either.
Although sometimes Claudia's spelling gives me a headache like no other.

LOL, yeah the "who are you?" thing makes me laugh everytime, even though it also makes me want to smack her. But it WAS pretty tough getting through Mary Anne, Claudia, and Jessi's letters. I usually skip their notebook entries because their handwriting is so hard to read.

I think Jessi's handwriting is the worst. I feel like I am always straining my eyes to read hers. Mary Anne's isn't much easier, I don't get why she was supposed to have the neatest handwriting.

I can only imagine what Stacey's would be. ...I imagine Logan's would be that he's a little bicurious. Dunno, just a vibe, and in my head, it's funny.

I never really found MA's hard to read. It's also a bit slanty and sloppy which was realistic. Jessi's was just so dang perfect, not a loop out of place, ugh. I totally strained my eyes as well reading her writing! It seemed like either Mallory or Kristy really had the neatest handwriting of them all.

The only handwriting styles I could read easily were Stacey's, Dawn's and Mallory's. Reading cursive doesn't come naturally to me. But Mary Anne's was the worst on my eyes. And Jessi's was just...not an eleven-year-old's handwriting.

I actually found Mary Anne's handwriting harder to read in the earlier books. I think it changed slightly over time.

All of their handwriting bugged me. For some reason, I always thought that Claudia and Kristy had to neatest handwriting- maybe it had something to do with one of my teachers having sloppy cursive. And I totally regret this now, but I remember in third and fourth grade, I would write like Stacey- dot my "i"s with little hearts and do all this stuff. Now it drives me nuts.
Half of their secrets aren't even that bad. Stealing a dollar? Writing a fake postcard to your stepsister from her favorite TV star? What's so bad about that? Now Jessi's secret was bad- I was laughing out loud picturing her lighting a rug on fire!

I think Claudia's handwriting actually is fairly neat, but there are two problems that make it hard to read, one being her bazillion spelling mistakes, and the other one being that her writing is so tiny.
