Daddy Stew makes me seriously want to vomit. It sounds sooo disgusting. Like just throwing random crap in a dish and digging in. The Pikes eat the nastiest things.

Didn't one of the triplets like peanut butter and bologna?

I think so, or something equally strange.

That doesn't sound too appetizing. Right now I'm craving peanut butter with watermelon though.

The Pikes always did eat strange things. I know one of them had an orange popsicle for breakfast. While that isn't totally gross, it's still a bit odd. I had to laugh in Poor Mal when Claire said that her father told her she could eat anything she wanted for lunch and she wanted Twinkies. A Claudia in the making ;D

In several books, they would have 'smorgasbords' and eat really random things for dinner. For example in Stacey and the Mystery of Stoneybrook, Adam and Jordan wanted to eat spaghetti rings from the can, Claire wanted cereal, Nicky wanted a peanut butter and bologna sausage sandwich, Byron wanted a Grape jam and bologna sausage sandwich, Vanessa wanted a fried egg and Margo wanted only bread and butter. Aside from some of the disgusting combinations (in the case of Nicky and Byron), is it me or does it seem like the Pike kids don't tend to eat much for dinner?

^ I remember that book. I don't know about the Pikes not eating much but they often don't seem to eat good, balanced meals. That always bugs me since I always have. I realize that the parents don't want to argue with them but I don't think they always get the best nutrition. What I notice more about the Pikes at dinner, though, is their table manners - or the boys' lack of table manners ;D

Another thing about the Pike triplets... I thought it was so cute in Too Many Sitters when Adam (or maybe it was Jordan - see how I always get them confused ;D?)) gave Stacey the bouquet of flowers when she took him with her to baby-sit. One of the triplets' kinder moments.
