I think it's time to read a good BSC book about her. What ones are your favorites? I always enjoy reading about her and MA's relationship. Mary Anne and the Memory Garden comes to mind...

^ I actually just read that one and loved Sharon and MA's relationship in that one. In MA's Book, too.

I dont know if anyone else thinks that sometimes her 'scatter-brainedness' wasn't emphasized at all, and other times she was putting like, high heels in the fridge. Like, whats up with that? I can see if she was just a little scatterbrained - I mean, I've gone to throw spoons in the garbage and put stuff where it doesn't belong - but HEELS in the fridge? Come on, now. Thats more than just a little. But sometimes, she was normal enough. Odd.

I'm not surprised by much that Sharon does anymore since I've done some pretty bizarre things with putting things where they don't belong lately. ;D I think I must have read too much about Sharon and she rubbed off. I really like Sharon and her relationship with her family. I think she's one of my favorite BSC family members. Actually, I like most of the moms pretty well, though. ;D

To answer a question in another thread (can't remember what one now ;D) I always got the impression that Sharon moved to CA for college and met Jack and married him out there – probably met in college. I have no idea, though, and am just assuming this. Anyone else get this – or another – impression?

It says that she met Jack out west and married him, in several chapter twos. It also says that she went out there to go to school. I don't see a problem with putting two and two together.

Dawn wears a UCLA sweatshirt in Dawn's Big Date, I think, so I used to imagine that one of her parents went there

It would be hilarious if Richie really WAS bad for Sharon, and her parents sending her away was justified--to calm down her troubled ways! Alma stealing his heart probably made him settle down and become what he is today...or something romantic like that somebody please make a FF of that!

I just read in Wicked Stepsister that Sharon's parents sent her to CA to college to get away from Richard and that's where she met Jack and married him. I thought I remembered for sure reading that somewhere. Glad to know I'm not imagining things or just making an assumption about this. ;D

good, now i'm not crazy either.
My mom wore one navy shoe and one black shoe to work today (they are the exact same shoe, except for the color) and I called her sharon. (she totally didn't get teh referrence) I also made her go home and change before dinner, because, hello, embarrassing!

It was while I was out of town for work, and as I was walking downtown with coworkers to lunch, I looked down and saw a navy blue heel on my one foot and then a black one on my other. I totally felt like Sharon. I ended up laughing about it (I blamed the bad lighting in my hotel room), but I had to go the rest of the day like that!

^ At least you didn't go in your pajamas. ;D I actually knew a girl who put hers on during the day to take a nap and forgot to change out of them before going to school. ;D Definitely something Sharon would do.
