I always saw Suzi as being a little pixie of a girl with short dark hair (although she does look cute on this cover). I thought Marnie was supposed to be smaller. I like that Dawn's hair is actually light on this cover. And of course, Pow is included which is good.

I like Pow. I"m glad he made the cover.
Dawn looks 20 or so. Marnie looks really old too, and Suzie -- well, I always pictured her as blonde. which is most likely because I picture everyone as blonde until I'm told otherwise. (just my default person. probably because i'm blonde.)
I like Buddy's picture, even if he looks more like how I picture Jeff here. I hope Mrs Barrett hires an interior decorator when they combine with the Dewitts, because that is hideous.

(Thsi is my opinion on the Jessi book from the first page)but did you guys(girls:)) realize that in most of the Jessi books, jessi doesn't even look like 11? this is one of those "most" books.
(Dawn and the Impossible Three) I think buddy, suzi, and marnie were not even close to my idea of the "impossible" three. when i first read this title i thought they would be monsters

I like that Dawn is not rolling her eyes on this one...because she kinda looks possessed on my copy. I always pictured Suzi as pudgier in the face and I agree with Penny Lane that Buddy is how I would picture Jeff. Actually my Suzi looks like an older version of the little girl in Monster's Inc. (who is just adorable, if I might add).

I like the old cover better, but I do like Dawn's expression in this one; she looks more frazzled instead of bored, which is what I thought she looked like in the old cover with the way she rolled her eyes. Also like the inclusion of Pow .

I also like the old cover better. The kids look more like what I picture there. Suzi's teeth look a little big to me in the new cover. The room does look hideously decorated. I like Pow in the new cover as well.

^I liked the old book cover too, which I've already said before ;D,but I like Dawn's pic here more. You can still comment on the past BSC book covers,as long as you state which BSC book cover that is,like what maryanne13 did. Here's our BSC book cover for the day(March 7,2008,Friday): Have fun!!!

I like their kitchen. With the copper pots hanging it is cool. I also think that it was described somewhere in a book, and that it is consistent with the description. Poor David Michael...that costume is horrible! His face also doesn't look like I have always imagined it. Kristy is kinda sporting Christmas colors (a little bit) and Emily Michelle does not look like she is 2 here! I would say 4. Watson kind of looks like a chubbier version of my boyfriend's mom's boyfriend. Weird...I like the color of the book!

What is Hodge's problem with hands? Kristy's hands look weird, but I guess it could just be that they look larger because she is wearing a knit cotton turtle neck with the elastic banding on the sleeve. Nannie needs to look at a color wheel before she dresses Emily Michelle.
Watson isn't really how I pictured him, but he isn't specifically how I didn't picture him either. I think that in my head, all the characters are like super human or something. I

I never got why DM was dressed like that until it dawned on me that he's in costume. ;D Watson's hat is funny and I like how the scene really happened (or could have ;D) in the book. I also like the color of this one a lot. ;D

In Dawn and the Impossible Three, Kristy tells Mrs. Porter that Watson isn't much of a cook. So the hat and spoon is even funnier to me after just reading that.

That's weird sarish, because i remember watson being a good cook later on. Could it be an inconsistency? In a bsc book? Never!

In #5, Kristy's still getting to know Watson- she also could have been wrong.

^ Agree. Or he could have learned. ;D I don't remember that reference in Impossible Three but know that Watson was a good cook in several books and Big Day (I think) made a big deal about him and Elizabeth sharing jobs around the house.
