^ I usually played with 2 people and it worked okay but it is a lot more fun with more people. I like Miss Scarlett, too. ;D It is possible that she "had" to be Professor Plum for some reason but I am more inclined to think she was just saying the name to make the point about playing the game (like "I've watched so much daytime tv that I'm sick of Judge Judy." There are other shows on but that is just an example.)

That made me laugh out loud. And you make a good point! She should've picked Miss Scarlett, she was always my favourite. Miss Scarlet was my favorite too ;D

In the UK, we call 'Clue,' 'Cluedo!' No idea why...

^ That's funny! Has anyone ever played the museum version of clue, where one player is the thief and plots their crime on their own sheet and there are security cameras and motion sensors and paintings that just disappear until you call the thief out, etc.? I played it just recently for the first time, and it was so much fun!

^ Is that new? That sounds like so much fun. I love clue. ;D That would give Stacey and Char a variety. ;D Isn't Clue Charlotte's favorite game?

^ I don't think the museum version is terribly new. I've had it for years!

^ I am pretty sure it is really old. I wish I owned it, but it was my friends and they said they had had it since they were little kids. It was a lot of fun though!

^ I need to look for it, now. ;D Thinking of it, I might have seen it years ago at Toys R Us....

Ooh, I had never heard of that version actually, but it sounds like something I'd love.

Just started thinking, did Mrs. McGill stay home with Char when she was home sick from school? Did she not have the job yet? I wonder what they did together all day. I wish they would have mentioned the relationship between Stacey's mom and Charlotte a bit more as that could have been interesting, I think.

Mrs. McGill didn't have a job until Stacey's Choice.

^ I had remembered that she got the job in Stacey's Choice but couldn't remember if this one came first. (I thought it did but can never keep track of order.) You answered my question, though. Thanks. ;D I wonder if they played Clue together all day, too. ;D

^ That was probably what she and Mrs. McGill played and poor Stacey had to deal with Clue, which takes a lot longer but I guess is less tedious. ;D I do like War, though, and used to play it all the time with my grandma.

^ I don't think Clue takes longer than War. Maybe I'm just really good at Clue!
