I liked this book, but I think that five exes turned up in Stoneybrook at the exact same time and place a little hard to believe. But oh well, suspension of belief, meet BSC.
I liked the subplot of the party, although the amount of people involved was odd.
Any other comments?

Wes was not an ex?

I guess crushes count in this case? She never really dated Pete Black either. And didn't she date Howie Johnson and get mad at him for getting together with Dorianne?

^ If I recall correctly, Stacey only went on a few dates with Howie and she never dated him.

It's weird, because it seems like even Stacey didn't know if the term ex is correctly applied. Ex crushes does seem better titled.
I find it weird though, it seems like Ethan and Stacey are destined for a rebound. I read the last few Ethan pages as a sort of 'so that's why in fandom Ethan comes up a lot!'

And she never went on any dates with Wes, because that would be illegal.

This was the first FF book I read. It was a weird introduction to the FF series; but I was highly amused by it. I thought it was pushing the boundaries of the "realism" that I liked about the BSC. (Ha!) but itt was definitely entertaining. I didn't like that Wes was treated as an "ex"... and I still really like Stacey + Sam.
It was definitely weird how Stacey's mom treated Stacey more like a college student or a roommate than a 13 year old daughter.

Ahahahaha... That's all I have to say... Lol.
Loved this. Would have been awesome if we could have had more ex's thrown in, say, Pierre? Umm... I dunno, whoever is on my avatar. Lol.

Penny Lane, Wes was not an ex but had been a sub teacher that Stacey had liked. I think he liked her too, put told her in a polite way that seven years was a lot of difference. He was really sweet and did not embarrass her.

This book alone, to me, is worth for the snark at how many people Stacey has dated/liked and that most of them showed up at the same time. It was nice to see Stacey get dumped by Jeremy, the same person she screwed Claudia and Ethan over. Since she wasn't that upset about being dumped, it kinda gives me the impression that she only went out with him just to spite Claudia and maybe that she just wanted to be in a relationship. The photos of the boys on the cover look like they're too old to be 13-16. I assume they're supposed to be Toby and Ethan, both of whom are older than Stacey, but they look like they're seniors in high school or maybe in their first year of college.

^ Guineagirl, Penny Lane knows that, that's why she said she thought it was weird Wes was treated like an ex, because he wasn't And the underlying snark was pretty fabulous anzuhana!

At the end of this book did it hint at Stacey getting back with Ethan, or am I thinking of another book?

There are hints that Stacey gets back together with Ethan in this book, but I don't think it is mentioned a lot in FF10.

^ They don't get back together in FF10. They started liking each other again in FF10. Maybe if the series continued, Stacey and Ethan would have gotten back together in another Stacey book.

While I'll admit that I am usually not into reading about Stacey and her luv life, I'll admit that this was actually pretty good and really snark worthy(I can't believe that some one on BSC snark haven't done this book.) I really like the part where Stacey actually wonders if it is possible for a 13 year old to have some many exs.
