Inspired by sparklymouse's Who would be the first to get married?, I decided to make this. So, who do you think would be the first to get divorced?

Hate to say it (well, I hate to say it for any of them), but I voted Stacey, just since children coming from divorced families are more likely to get divorced themselves. I didn't vote for Dawn, simply because I see Stacey as more likely to get married in the first place, whereas Dawn might not marry, or might marry at an older age.
Kristy comes from a divorced family too, but for some reason I can't see her getting divorced - I guess it's probably because she seems the most hurt by her parents' divorce, that she would be more likely to either not get married at all, get married only when she is really really sure that the marriage is strong enough to last, or just work hard at her marriage.

I guess Stacey. I see her having a marriage similar to her parents where it kinda crumbles on both ends. I can see Kristy or Claudia being cheated on. Kristy because I know a few go-go-go type women like her whose husbands have strayed. Claudia because she seems both naive and independent and may not notice if her husband picked up some new interests (so to speak). Mallory would first have to find someone willing to marry her.

I voted for Stacey. I agree with sparklymouse; I can see her and her husband drifting apart and finding new partners. Stacey seems the type to rush into relationships and I think she'd marry someone based on that initial attraction and regret it later.

I don't think I can see Kristy getting divorced, either, mostly because of the reasons stated above.

I'll just go ahead and pick Dawn. She seems kind of klutzy in relationships, and I see her husband kind of getting tired of that and divorcing her.

i picked stacey, because she rushes into relationships (towards the end at least). as soon as she gets a boyfriend they're exclusive and serious.

I guess Dawn because of her indecisiveness and I can see her husband getting really tired of it.

Well, I don't like to think of this topic, but I would have to go with Stacey, just because she seems to rush into relationships fast and changes her heart fast, at least she was like that in the beginning of the series.

I voted for Dawn b/c when things got rough, she thought she could fix things by running away. Hmmm, not a good way to save a marriage.

I say it's a toss-up between Kristy and Logan.
Logan I can see getting divorced a few times.

I voted Stacey. She might marry her college boyfriend and end up regretting it.

I actually think Stacey would likely never marry at all or would marry very late in her life.
Sure, she went through a boy-crazy phase at thirteen, but she would not stay that way all her life.
Since she'd had a couple of guys break her heart and had seen her mum heartbroken by the divorce, I think as she grew older and matured, she would take future romances slowly and carefully.
She would not want to go through a divorce, let alone multiple divorces in adulthood.
She is NOT the callous, fickle, shallow flirt that some people depict her as.
Logan, on the other hand, I see getting divorced a few times because his rather backwards dad would probably be the helicopter sort who would "fix up" his son with a woman from a "proper" "high-class" family and pressure them to marry quickly so there would be no so-called "illegitimate" births.
I can see Logan and maybe his wife regretting it and either getting divorced or staying miserably married and them blaming their parents for their lot in life.

That’s a reach. Logan as an adult’s relationship with his dad affecting his love life?

Kristy comes from a divorced family too, but for some reason I can't see her getting divorced - I guess it's probably because she seems the most hurt by her parents' divorce, that she would be more likely to either not get married at all, get married only when she is really really sure that the marriage is strong enough to last, or just work hard at her marriage. I actually think that Stacey was the most hurt by her parents' divorce. Granted, Kristy, Dawn and Stacey were affected by their parents'...not their families, families don't divorce...divorce. Kristy saw her mum survive the divorce and saw how strong her mum was in the wake of a divorce at a very young age and saw her family recover well. Her mum was self-supporting and the Thomas family didn't sink into poverty. Also, all four Thomas siblings were given age-appropriate responsiblities, which gave Kristy and her brothers a sense of control over their lives. Also since Elizabeth did not rush into another marriage too soon, Kristy saw by example that a woman does not need a man to survive emotionally or economically. Also, Kristy found joy with her stepsiblings once her mum remarried years later. She learned at an early age that divorce does NOT spell the end of a family. She knew that it was the PARENTS who divorce, not an entire family. Stacey saw her mum do well after divorce also, but since her parents' divorce was more recent, there were still some raw feelings in the McGill family. While Maureen did wonders raising Stacey as a single mum, Stacey was a bit less secure especially with her workaholic dad and with the moves. So, I think Stacey was the most deeply affected by her parents' divorce. I think Kristy would marry long before Stacey, who would either stay single or if she married, would marry late. Stacey, while maybe having some romances in young adulthood, would be most likely to proceed slowly and not rush into marriage too soon. Dawn I would say is in between Kristy and Stacey. That’s a reach. Logan as an adult’s relationship with his dad affecting his love life? Yes, because Lyman strikes me as an overbearing parent, the sort who'd manipulate his son into marrying a woman that he approved of.
