I did a quick search on this board and didn't see a thread about this so I thought I'd start one. I never got into reading the Little Sister books growing up because I'd aged out of them by the time I discovered the BSC, and I was never a huge fan of Karen as a character. But I've been curious about moments featuring BSC members that appear in LS that aren't told in a BSC book or that are described from Karen's perspective.
Share your favorites or any that come to mind in this thread (and which book they're in, if you remember)!

I recently read Karen's Telephone Trouble for the first time, and Karen forgets to give Kristy a phone message from Stacey saying that Kristy will have to be the one to baby-sit for the Arnolds. So no one shows up to baby-sit, Mrs. Arnold is mad at Kristy and the BSC, and Kristy is furious at Karen for quite a while. This doesn't happen in a BSC book.
The whole plot of Karen's Baby-sitter is pretty weird, because the BSC gets Bart to baby-sit for Karen during times that they're all busy, and this is also not a thing that happens in any BSC books.

In Karen's Sleigh Ride, members of the BSC are helping clean out the barn for a charity event to help the Stones rebuild their barn when it burns down. I don't think that is mentioned anywhere in the regular series.
Editing to include Karen's mermaid. Karen's little house family goes to Sea City and the pikes are there with Jessi and Mallory as the sitters.

There's also the summer camping trip to Shadow Lake where Karen and her friends dress up for the dance, only to end up changing out of them because it was casual.

There's also the summer camping trip to Shadow Lake where Karen and her friends dress up for the dance, only to end up changing out of them because it was casual. That one is one of my favorites! It’s kind of funny since I think Karen gets a chapter in the bsc super special but then the little sister super special describes it too. Wasn’t there another book where they go to shadow lake too? Karen’s fishing trip or something?

These are all great! Thanks everyone who has contributed so far! I figure if I ever do work my way into reading the LS series one day, these give me a few books to start off with, since I'm more inclined to do it if it gives me extra BSC content!

I just read Karen's Puppet Show, and Karen is attending an art day camp run by the BSC in August at Mary Anne's house. It sounds like a lot of fun, and it's cool that Claudia is the camp director because it's an art camp. Oddly, though, Kristy, Mary Anne, Stacey, Mallory, and Jessi are counselors, but Abby isn't. I think I'm just going to pretend that she's too busy with the Stoneybrook United soccer team, since this was published the same month as Abby the Bad Sport. I don't think there's much Abby in the LS books, which is kind of a weird choice since Kristy's other BSC friends are never really described in enough detail that it would be confusing to suddenly introduce a new BSC member. Yeah, in this book it's mentioned that Claudia's into art, some of the other campers are Mallory's siblings, and the day camp is held at MA's because that's consistent with BSC books, but none of this is stuff that LS readers would be expected to remember the next time any BSC members appear in an LS book. So there's really no reason not to include Abby. Also, Abby lives right by the Brewers' mansion and becomes assistant coach of Karen's softball team, so it would make perfect sense to have her around occasionally.
One book that you might want to read, although not specifically for BSC member content, is #36 Karen's New Friend. Remember the Millers from Kristy's Big Day? Kristy's Aunt Colleen and Uncle Wallace, and her cousins Ashley, Berk, Grace, and Peter? The subplot in Karen's New Friend is that after a fire at the Millers' house, they stay at the Brewer mansion for two weeks. Karen is annoyed that Ashley and Grace treat her like a baby and think they have to feel sorry for her because her parents are divorced. We don't see Kristy's cousins again in the BSC books so it's interesting to have them appear in an LS book.

Karen's Camp Out has a couple of mentions of other clients.
Karen's County Fair has the stones mentioned in it too.
Karen's Fishing Trip also has a trip to Shadow Lake in it.

Karen's Fishing Trip also has a trip to Shadow Lake in it. Yes, and Mary Anne goes to Shadow Lake in this book, too (it's #98). During the two weeks they're at the lake, she and Kristy run a successful business called A-Lure-ing Earrings, making earrings out of fishing lures and selling them. Because of course they do. In #97 Karen's Paper Route, Karen and Kristy share the job of delivering a community newspaper three mornings a week because Karen isn't old enough to do it herself and thinks it's too hard for a seven-year-old to do alone anyway.
