Now that they Netflix series is over and we’ve had about nearly a year to process it, who do you think embodied Kristy the best? I listed them that way since I couldn’t remember their names and on mobile 😅.

Before the Netflix series I would have said 1990 Kristy—short, overeager, perfect brown ponytail—but the Netflix series Kristy is very special. Great actress.

1990 Kristy is more similar to my headcanon Kristy but I do adore Sophie Grace's portrayal

Before Netflix it would have been movie Kristy, easily. That was the portrayal I grew up with because the original series was before my time. Netflix Kristy is so good though. I like how both portrayals show her insecurity about her dad, general impatience, and her affection for Mary Anne.
I'm still voting for movie Kristy because she seems older and she's actually shown playing sports, but Netflix Kristy made it a tough call.

The writing for Netflix was the best, so that made Sophie's version stronger. She had a wider range of emotions. 90s TV Kristy had the physical look but was so peppy all the time. I can see the immaturity and dislike from her peers best in the movie version. Let's just squish the three girls together for a mega-Kristy.
