It can't be a client since this would be hypothetically set during the series. So it'd be any fellow SMS students, siblings, or a high school student.
Personally, I think it would be fun for Sam, Charlie, Janine, and Tiffany to join as some associate members. We know that they've baby-sat in the past at some point even if briefly (Janine was asked in passing before). How many kids from SMS do you suppose also baby-sat?

I think that Sam was so good with the kids in the Little Sister books. I'd like to see if he had any sort of kid wrangling talent. He was too freaking busy though. He had multiple jobs and school clubs, teams, etc.

Sam should have been a member. He was really good with kids and had lots of fun moments with Karen and Andrew.
Emily Bernstein is a total Shannon type so she could've easily joined as an associate member. She has lots of extracurriculars but didn't have a paying job to my knowledge.
Maybe controversial but justice for Wendy. She clashed with Kristy but was a good babysitter and could have handled associate duties.
