Instances where they charged the kids to participate?

This is inspired by oldmeanie's recent post about Abby spending so much treasury money for an art project. Were times where the club actually required the kids to pay to participate in something?

I could be wrong but didn't they charge for the playgroup in book 7 and the art classes in the book where Mimi dies?

They charged for the big group in Kristy's Big Day, and I think for the carnival stuff in Mother's Day Surprise. (I guess those are both babysitting fees, not participation fees)
