....but all of these things were already talked about in the series. so they don't need to be in the portrait cause we already have read about them.
i would want to read more about growing up Pike and more boarding school stuff.
Jessi i want to know more about her Oakley childhood and perhaps more profound stuff about the racism she dealt with upon moving to Stoneybrook. Something besides being a black dancing robot.

I would like to see the Pike kids when they were younger. Maybe some of Mallory's memories could be the birth of Claire. More boarding school stuff would be also great.
Jessi - I would like to know more about her friendship with Keisha. That subject is kind of personally important for me, because my cousin is my best friend though we live far from each other, and I'm sorry that Keisha seemed to be almost completely forgotten, especially comparing with Laine and Sunny. It would be nice to see her moving to Stoneybrook and meeting Mal from her point of view too.

It would be nice to see her moving to Stoneybrook and meeting Mal from her point of view too. Ooooh, I agree. What is it about Mal that made Jessi want to be friends with her? her awesome jumper with her name emblazoned across the front?

I'd like to know more about Oakley, Keisha and the development of Jessi's relationships with Mallory, Becca and Squirt. That's cool, chicchai, that your cousin is your best friend. My cousins who were the same age and two years younger were also some of my best friends, too, growing up, even though they're boys. I barely see them now since they moved in HS and I really miss them.

Keisha would definitely have to be in there. Agree that the birth of Claire for Mal is another good one.

I just love Sea City, so I'm hoping that in Mallory's there would be something Sea City related. As for Jessi I'm sure there would be a lot of reminiscing about her doing ballet as a young child, and maybe some stuff on growing up with Becca.

Ooooh, I agree. What is it about Mal that made Jessi want to be friends with her? her awesome jumper with her name emblazoned across the front? *snickers* That's funny, greer. Mal's style was certainly...uh, interesting...wasn't it? In all seriousness, if Jessi had a portrait collection, I'd love to find out more about her friendship with Keisha, and maybe she could talk about her first dance class or something. As for Mal, it might be neat to hear more about her life at Riverbend. I'm not sure what else, though.

For Jessi I'd love to find out how she got into dance. Was it just something she wanted to do or did she show a particular talent for it at a young age and her parents got her into it? I'd also love to find out more about her life in New Jersey.
For Mallory I'd like to read about her family and Riverbend if it went up that far.

i agree, those portaits are too much of what we learned in the books themselves. i'd like to learn about Jessi's life before she moved, and what she felt when Becca and Squirt came along, more about herAunt Cecilia too and about her dancing asa child and her best friend Keisha

I'd love to know about Mallory's first day of school, or like...something from where she was little. Pike house must have been crazy when Claire was a baby, and everyone else was young.

^ I would love to see that, too. I like chaotic chapters involving the kids. ;D Just noticed your new sig, Janey. Really cute and the pizza looks good. ;D

I don't know about Mallory's, but I think Jessi's would include "Hello, Mallory" told from her perspective, just like Logan's section in "Baby-sitters Remember" was "Logan Likes Mary Anne" told from his perspective.

^So it would be like "On my first day of school I sat by this sturdy red-haired girl who kept staring at my legs and smiling at me. A few days later I was minding my own business sitting under a tree and the same girl reached around the tree and held my hand. People never treated me like this in Jersey!" I would really want to read that book, seriously. ;D

I wish Mallory had a portrait book, I would love to see how Dee handled eight little kids (especially when Mal was 6, the triplets 5, Vanessa 4, Nicky 3, Margo 2, and Claire a newborn). I wonder how Mrs. Pike went grocery shopping since the BSC wasn't around then....

With Jessi, it would be interesting to read about Becca's birth. Also, I would have liked to read about how she got into ballet. With Mallory, I would have liked to read about Claire's birth. Earlier trips to Sea City sound like an interesting read.
