I thought Aunt Cecelia was a bit too strict at times. Felt sorry for Jessi and Becca having to stay with her while Squirt was born. However the shaving cream slippers and apple pie bed bit was fun, if a little impractical!!

it's the BSC; they never go to their parents with problems.

I liked Aunt Cecelia. I didn't always like her behavior, or how she handled situations, but I liked her. I really think she meant well, but didn't know exactly how to express that.

Aunt Cecilia was annoying, but I could tell she meant well.

I liked Aunt Cecelia. I think she meant well, even when she was overbearing. I thought that she was overbearing in Happy Holidays, Jessi, and I was happy when Jessi's father put her in her place.

Aunt Cecelia? I got used to her after a while, sort of like Jessi and Becca did. However, I couldn't help hating her in "Jessi's Babysitter". I mean, seriously, she took over completely.
I'll be fair and say that the Ramseys should have worked out a schedule before she arrived as opposed to after the science fair. But still, forbidding Jessi to go to a BSC meeting over being ten minutes late home is actually a hypocritical punishment. Jessi didn't call so she was irresponsible. What is the response? Make Jessi shirk responsibility even more by not going to a meeting of a business of which she is part of. See the problem here?
Aunt Cecelia - I get she's well-meaning, and there are books where I can genuinely like her. It's just, early on, she made me pretty furious. She serves a purpose in the series, I guess.
