I think all of them had social media from what I remember actually, but I don't think they all could find something in common with each other at the making of the club. I could be wrong but I remember the promo for the TV series also including a position called marketing member or something. That sounds like a cool position to have in a new BSC. I can see today's fifth generation of the BSC having both of the above. Kristy and company would be keeping in touch with today's BSC via text and all. The original BSC as adults today would be quite impressed in an amused way with the sophistication of today's generation of the BSC, including them ordering gourment meals from places Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory for their sleepovers and having snacks from Starbucks and Panera Bread for their BSC meetings. 😀😀😀

The Notebook became a google doc in the new show. That would be intriguing to see...hope they kept a backup copy in their e-mails, flash drives and in paper copy, though.

The Notebook became a google doc in the new show. This would save so much time. I always thought it was lame how they padded the journal entries with conversations and full sentences (seriously, you meet for 90 minutes a week and 7 people have to write up every job in that little time? Just do bullets) but even typing out a full entry would be faster than writing by hand. They could access it anytime so it wouldn't have to be done during meetings too.

I'm glad that they did this instead of like a regular notebook. I know I would revert to bullet points.

Bullets would be good, but it's still good to have the entires detailed. This would save so much time. It hasn’t happened in the show yet, but I wonder how they handle the treasury? Or maybe they just don’t have one and everyone keeps their money. That is how Kristy entices Claudia to join.

Maybe now they keep the money in a joint bank account, so they can still buy their kid-kit supplies and have pizza parties. I see today's generation of the BSC doing just that...they'd use their joint savings to buy dinners for their sleepovers, their bus fare and all.
