In Dawn's Big Move, Dawn refers to when Stacey was in the car accident in California Girls and how Carol told Jack about it, instead of hiding it.

In Kristy and the Mystery War, in the first chapter, it's referred to when Abby got suspended for using a "study sheet," which in reality were the answers to an exam for the math class she was in. In Claudia and the First Thanksgiving, Claudia refers to when Betsy Sobak played a prank on her, which resulted in Claudia having her leg broken.

It's mentioned in a few different books that Mary Anne is a terrible liar.

Jordan Pike was taking piano lessons in #5, and in #15 Claire says that Jordan had taught her "Chopsticks"

There are always mentions of Stacey liking to wear sparkly/glittery nail polish.

In Kristy's Book, it says that she was born at 4 am and in The Complete Guide To The Baby-Sitters Club and The Truth About Stacey, it says that she was born at 4 am. Also, in The Truth About Stacey it says that Stacey was born at 2:22 am and in The Complete Guide To The Baby-Sitters Club, it says that she was born at 2:22 am.

Mrs. Dow tried to ban books that she considered offensive in both Mary Anne and the Library Mystery and FF Kristy Power.

Is there any other book besides LS #5 where what seems to be a custom, the reading-aloud at the big house, is mentioned?

I was all set to post this as an "inconsistency," when I realized it was the opposite. In SS #1, Kristy tells us she lives in Eastern, CT (Robin, her cousin, is in Western, CT). Rosie, in "Claudia and the Genius of Elm Street" verifies that Stoneybrook=Eastern, CT in the crossword competition chapters. I still swear in a later back, we're told Stoneybrook=Southern, CT. As in Kristy wants to advertise the BSC as the best sitters in the So CT region. Did anyone ever find where that was?

Karen's Prize gives Fairfield County as the location of Stoneybrook, which I'm inclined to believe because that's the county Stamford is in. But it's southwestern Connecticut so that might be an inconsistency after all :/

It's definitely in Fairfield.

^:/ Maybe Ann made it "East" to throw the reader? (Make it less "real.) But then when has she taken the time with facts to do that? So, now lol Stoneybrook has possibly been West, East, and South. Any Norths?

Fairfield is pretty consistent with what we've been told about Stoneybrook, though; especially its location in relation to both NYC and Boston.

In Claudia and the Friendship Feud, Erica said that she was adopted and Claudia mentioned the time she thought that she was adopted too.
